The room was very modern and very clean, also it was very central which made easy access to all the amenities.It is being reefurbished and the hotel will be excellent when it is completed, worth going back to. - The staff were very friendly and it had a good location near to the centre of town. Was a bit wary given the bad reviews, but this was a fantastic experience. Lovely old castle with modern facilities, friendly staff, peaceful location with large grounds, huge beds, superb breakfast, and the gym and pool facilities were top class. Great value for money. - Attended a birthday party at a function suite close to Ardo House

Staff were very friendly and pleasant and the check in and out took hardly any time at all.
Location was perfect for union street. We got parked outside the door (£4.00 for 2hrs if it is between 8am and 8pm)
The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet so we had an excellent night's sleep.

Ben on reception was very friendly and welcoming and obviously very good at his job. Loved the location, conveniently located just off Union St (passing an Oddbins en route) and really only a 5 minute walk from the train station. A very quiet location too...had a good night's sleep.

It's easy to get to when entering Aberdeen, we were upgraded to a newlyrefurbished executive room for free. We saved over £120 a night bybooking on the website! - the room was very spacious and the price was fantastic. the reception staff were very friendly and helpful

I liked everything about the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much bother. The rooms are comfortable and clean as is the beds. Adjustable mattress beds, air conditioning, non slip floor in bathroom, sprinkler system, large walk in shower with controls easily accessible and not beside rain shower head. Staff friendly and professional. Late check out not a problem. Money off breakfast voucher.

Reception staff were very helpful and lovely, easy to get on with. Room was beautiful, very nice decor. Bathroom was spotless, facilities in room were superb! Bed was a good size with comfortable bedding, television was perfect location. Lighting was optional! Fast free wifi service was a boost. Hotel as a whole was absolutely stunning. Overall excellent service and stay! Will defs be staying again.

The staff are incredible - friendly, helpful and kind. We've stayed here before (at Rosemount and Whitehall) and look forward to staying again. Rooms are spacious, clean and have more than everything you need and the breakfast is great. Can't say enough about these hote suites!! -

Thank you for the complimentary upgrade to Platinum. A little noisy this
trip with bmx next door but they stopped at nine. Had stayed at many
hotels with no lift so my mother in law was pleased to have one at your
hotel. Had a nice meal with friends downstairs. Did bit use spa but
looked lovely. -

The room was pure luxury. The bath, double shower and all extras ie massage oil, bath oil, candles made for a very relaxing evening. Breakfast was perfect, very filling and the staff met our every needs.
We would definitely stay again. A special treat for a special occasion.
