Bedroom was very nice and spotlessly clean, well furnished and good room facilities such as iron, ironing board, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities including biscuits. Was also quiet location. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was to a high standard and served quickly. The cafe is open throughout the day where you can have snacks. There is also free parking and local shops very near by. όλα τα σχόλια »
The staff spared no effort to make me feel comfortable and provide everything I needed for my stay there. I was particularly impressed with one of the ladies there who actually went home to bring me her own hair straitners, so that I could look good at an event I was supposed to attend! Also very clean, good food, and good connection to the public transport network.
Reception staff were lovely and welcoming. I arrived after the cafe has closed but they were still very helpful in saying what was nearby for food. The room was nice and clean and cosy!
I would definitely go back there!.
the building very interesting
the night life is excellent great sitting watching all the people
enjoying them self
great week-end
lovely accommodation nice staff see you again.
Good value for money. Breakfast selection was good. We were given a
suite instead of standard room. Room was comfortable and well
maintained, we stayed in Fred Abbo suite.
Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, relaxed atmosphere, very pleasant rooms and very comfortable mattress and bed. Catered for various diets. eg: dairy free.
The customer service was great. The facilities were really good, and providing free internet was the best part :). Oh and I LOVED the shower!.
Staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed was nice and soft. Nice quiet lounge to read in with little noise.
A good cheap pit stop in central aberdeen, hard to find, not well signposted, comfy beds, pleasant staff, nice breakfast.
The staff member was really helpfull ... He went out of his way to make our stay there a really good one.
enjoyed my stay , founs staff to be very friendly , room to be very comfy , would stay again no problem.
The close access to everything ,yet distance enough to be away from the drunks of the city center.
Excellent location, 15 min. walk from downtown; huge breakfast; good price; wifi; parking.

Easy checkin and friendly staff.
Friendly staff
Value for money.
It was a very comftable room.
The location and the room.
Nice clean rooms.
Value for money.
friendly staff.
It's a church that has been turned into accommodation. I think the same owners have split the church into three units - hotel, gospel church and support centre, it has that kind of feel. Staff friendly enough and very clean and tidy.
Location is ok for our requirement close to the city centre. Room was adequately heated and the bed was comfortable. Cooked breakfast individually and quickly prepared. The reception staff were polite and friendly.
Breakfast area
Staff
Friendly
Calm
Decore good
Furnishings - I.e wardrobe good
Good curtains block out street light at night.
Lovely setting n location one can forget youre in the middle of aberdeen city.
The friendliness of staff.
The willingness of chef to accommodate meal preferences even if not in her menu.
Since it's in church, hooligans will not try chances.
Room was comfortable and well spaced and well furnished. Bathroom was just a shower room (no bath) but spacious and adequate if basic.
The room was nicely decorated and comfy bed. Plent hot water. Reasonably
easy walk to city centre. Staff friendly!.
price
free broadband
guy on said i could use his ipad to watch other things which was good of him
bed comfy.
Unconventional, not a standard hotel.
Comfortable room.
Exceptionally helpful staff.
Free off-street parking.
Absolutely nothing negative about this hotel.
nothing.
Sausages were not very nice. Lack of notification that the building is
shared, we weren't sure if we were at right place as signage
isn't very big. Hotel details said there was Sky hd in the rooms,
this was not the case. It was only freeview. Could have better hair
dryer, the one in room was a travel one and wasn't very powerful. I
would have taken my own had I known this.
Booking agency did not forward dietary requirements.
My windows had no curtain, so I was forced to wake up so early by the SUN, which really messed up my sleeping pattern for days.
It's reputation amongst Aberdonians. This was proven wrong and it was a nice place to stay.
the price could be a wee bit cheaper.
The telephone keep ringing in my room during the night which i had to unplug after the third time .
Noisey room from above creaking floor boards, corridor noise and banging door to access bedrooms.
They need a better sign indicating it is a hotel. The big sign says it is fellowship center or some such thing.
gettin up at 4 am Dont have any complaints.
Some other guests were quite noisy and inconsiderate, very early before 5 am.
Very basic for the price.
Over sink heater leaked badly.
Still waiting for conformation of a refund for the night I paid for but
didnt stay.
Nothing to dislike.
No bar facilities, but acceptable due to the fact it is an old church and attached to a Christian fellowship.
Breakfast served late, No plug for the sink in the bathroom.
Heavy traffic.
Usual over the top prices for a bed .
bit religious.
lack of tv channels. Too many religious programs.
Nothing.
The wait for breakfast as the chef did not turn up to work on time.
There was something above my room which was knocking all night maybe water tank needs sorting didn't sleep well through the noise.
Out of the 5 TV chanels 3 were God chanels!
Location not signed very well. Difficult to find!.
"Palace" is stretching it a bit, they have too many "a"s as it should be Place.......has the look and feel of a Youth Hostel and the pipework can be noisy through the night depending on which room you are in.
Rooms are situated through the dining area then through a kitchen. My taxi driver with 12 years experience had never heard of the Rosemount Palace after much debate he agreed to take me......it was formerly called The Clan Centre and that's how he knew where it was.
We have to ask for a few facilities to be provided everyday, such as towels, tea, milk and coffee and the ironing board. The room was not cleaned on the day before our departure.
Cost,
Lack of uk tv channel wen unwinding ,
Need more coffee tea milks etcin rooms.
Lower front rooms are very disruptive and noisy cleaning staff and other guests coming in and out and the road at the side.
Clea ning staff need to not make you feel rushed- especially if you have booked a later check out!.
The price was inflated for the type of place.
The wooden floor is not sound proof and there was much noise disturbance from the room directly above.
Hotel staff assisting with breakfast need some training.
Rooms were a little noisey (you could hear the room next door and squeaking floor boards from upstairs through the night. Door staff on one day were completely unhelpful, undriendly and impolite.
Breakfast is basic but cooked options available. Takes a very long time to serve as only one person cooking each breakfast and serving this for all guests. No Fresh Coffee, only instant.
The ensuit door looked like it had come from a rubbish tip. There was a
big hole in it and looked awful. Breakfast was dire. Bare tables. Choice
of 3 cereals. No menu. Chef/waiter wore long sleeved hoodie the
whole time. Toast freshly made but served on a plate with a huge lump of
cheap margarine and some jam.
1 tv very basic
bbc1 ,itv , god, aljazera, sky news were only channels
2 sink hot water needs remedy leaks onto floor
3 need new quilts.
Lack of hotel signage.
