This is a fantastic hotel if you want to stay in the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. The hotel is a few minutes walk to all the sights and in a quiet street. The staff are all excellent and very kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the view on the terrace is great. The rooms are comfortable and the cleaning staff are meticulous! Ask for a room with a water view if you can!

The rooms at Tophane Aparts, are excellent and definitely above other hotels in the same price range. The staff were very accomodating, allowing us to check in early after a long flight from SA. Don't be put off by the buildings in the area, the hotel was the best we stayed in, throughout our trip to Turkey. -

Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!).

The location of the hotel is superb, right between the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, yet in a quiet side road. Istanbul is a bustling, noisy, crowded place and the hotel was an oasis of calm after hard days sightseeing and haggling in the bazaars.

The location is fantastic - right in the centre of Sultanahmet and easy walking distance to the bazaars, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, cafes and restaurants and the Bosphorus. Beautiful hotel with plenty of history; we stayed in a deluxe room that was so comfortable and quiet with great facilities, views and service. The staff were all really helpful, friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

FS Bosphorus is in my top three hotel stays of all time. It is an incredible place to stay, with an extraordinarily good spa. The staff treated me like a VIP and were excellent. The location is great. The hotel owners are very friendly. They give you a briefing on the main sights. The hotel is new and tastefully decorated. I especially appreciate the private airport transfer service at 35 lira, which is about 5 more than a taxi. But many taxi drivers may not find this place. Taxi drivers in Istanbul are also not very

So I highly recommend using the service (a big van!) when arriving in Istanbul. - The owners were amazing, taking the time to explain the history of Istanbul and lay out an itinerary for us on our tight schedule! The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the Sultanahmet tram stop and it takes roughly an hour to get to from the Ataturk Airport. My fiance and I would highly recommend this hotel as it is an amazing value and right near the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia and Topkapi Palace.

We have stayed at Faik Pasha for two nights. This hotel is an excellent option in İstanbul. We chose this hotel due to the Taksim square protests. Great location. Easy to move from there to visit the city and rich of bar pub cafe and nightlife. Nearby Karakoy a dinamic district with many lovely restaurant and the great istanbul modern, a museum you might see.

Location - The hotel was very close to the Sultanahmet tourist area, with some gift shops, coffee shops and restaurants right next door.
The night manager (I think his name was Usman) was a good guide point to various areas and activities.
The hotel itself is rather small, just enough room to put your bags and walk to you bed, but it is what you pay for.

Absolutely everything. Fantastic, large, modern spotless room which was a haven while travelling around Turkey. Great breakfast with loads of variety and more than we could eat. Staff helpful and organised tour for us. The location is superb, right in the middle of Canakale. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. The best we have stayed
