New hotel. Good location at the entrance of Bursa. Not close to the downtown but it was ok for me as I hired a car. Most of the facilities are around and within walking distance e.g. restaurants, grossery, shops. Spacious room. Modern. Clean. Well equipped. Fabulous spa and gyme. -

Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic treat from the time we got to the hotel to the time we took off again. The atmosphere was super nice, quiet and comfortable and we felt at home from the very 1st second we entered the door where Emir welcomed us. We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room. The hotel is about 15 minutes by taxi. The area has many restaurants and shopping is great. No hassles like at the Grand Bazaar. Just nice shops. Don't miss the Carousel Mall. Food Court, movie theater and for the kids, a Carousel in the middle.
