From the first moment till the last second, they make you feel you are the only person in the hotel. Hospitality is awesome and also the facilities. -

The history: Agatha Christie wrote her [Murder on the Orient Express] at
this hotel. There is a small exhibition area on the fourth floor about
this and other historic moments. The elevator from 1895 can still run
(though not always in use). They sell postcards and other souvenirs
about the hotel at the front desk. Really a piece of history! The

A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

η θεση του ξενοδοχειου και οι υπηρεσιεσ του - Η εκπληκτική θέα στον Βόσπορο τόσο απο το δωμάτιο, όσο και απο το executive lounge.Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου οπως και η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού. Everything about that hotel is great. If I were to rate it, it must be a 7 stars hotel, one of the best around the world. The staff speak excellent English and are very friendly and proffessional. The room division manager is very helpful if you have a complaint and is excellent in customer service. The rooms are very clean and brand new. Location

Apart from the excellent and friendly service provided by the Hotel staff at every level, we liked the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms and the location of the Hotel, particularly its proximity to Florence Nightingale Hospital, which was the main reason of our travel to Istanbul from Ankara. Walking areas nearby and closeness to newly opened Marmaray Metro station to go to the European side under the Bosporus are additional positive factors about the Hotel.

I think it is a new hotel designed so modern and chic. My arrive to
hotel was so easy since it is located approximately 5 minutes from
Ataturk airport. The building was so majestically designed. Outside was
illuminated by blue leds that gives it being a modern aspect. Besides,

The hotel is modern and luxury, the available facilities are suitable for both families and business trips. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Hotel location about 5 minutes from Ataturk airport and looks at the beginning far away from the city center, but actually is not, because there is a hotels’ shuttle goes to the old city center twice a day, in addition to a metro-station about 5 minutes away from the hotel which reach to the city center and links with other railway lines of metros a

Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

Very good hotel. Well it's a bit far from Ataturk Airport, however if you have your business around Atasehir or Asian side in general, I believe it's very well located. Hotel staff are amazing unlike other hotels in Istanbul.....very clean, close to city & airport. it took me 10 minutes to kadikoy and 13 minutes to Airport. room, furniture, technology, internet access all are just perfect. if you have family then it's very good and safe but a bit expensive. very nice outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.
