The staff were friendly and the facilities were fine. Great views of Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace. The breakfasts were excellent but the dinner menu was a bit dull so we only ate there once

They gave us very nice and big room with balcon. The staff were very cooperative. Breakfast very nice. I like the hotel too much and would like to stay there again. Also the location is very good. Only the net was slow. -

Excellent location at walking distance to main attractions, reasonable prices for food and minibar, nice seaview, good breakfast, kids menu option via room service. Location is good - Taksim square, Istiklal street, metro, finicular, ferrys to the asian part - all within an easy reach. The area around the hotel is crammed with other hotels, small shops, restraunts for tourists. It is conveniently located to the shopping places and all means of transportation. The cafe's and restaurants around the hotel are very welcoming and serve good food with fair price. The area is quite peaceful and safe for a single traveler.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The hotel upon request had also arranged transfers to and back to the airport which was also very handy.
Main tourist attractions were not that far from the hotel around 15min walk or 5-10min on the tram.
Last but not least I had forgotton some money in the hotel when I checked out. On route to the airport the bus driver recieved a phonecall saying we've left some belongings and to wait on the highway and a taxi will be sent to deliver o
