The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and met
all our different needs.Beds were comfortable.Right off the tram lines
so people who needed a tram were accommodated. Elevator was great as it
went to breakfast lower level for my friend who is disabled. -

People is incredible they make you feel you are part of their own family.You can trust in the place to be a secure place to leave your things at the room or in the mean time you do a tour after the checkout! I loved the place, the people and I loved even more Istanbul.The people is the coolest people in all world. -

The building has 3 stories and houses 2 studios per floor. The studios are well equipped for groups, families and couples who don't mind a home away from home on vacation and do not demand a traditional hotel with all its services attached.
It was quiet for normal sleepers, fussy sleepers who like open windows at night should take earplugs, since

Loved the Location as it is fairly close to all the major tourist
spots like Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi and Bascilica Cistern.
There is a very nice cafe just across the road where you can have
breakfast, lunch dinner etc. Free Wifi available in the room and the
speed was great. Kahar, the guy managing the place was extremely
friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend
the place for anyone to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was quite large and had adequate lighting,linens, a mini-bar, etc. and beautiful inlaid wood flooring. The breakfasts were very good, changing a little bit daily. Nice breakfast terrace. - good staff, location

Things we liked:
- Location: the hotel is located in sultanahmet, which is close to the city's landmarks (TopKapi, Blumosque, AgaSofia, Hippodrome, Grand Bazzar) and others. Also it is close from the tram's station.

We are 3 friends and stayed in this hotel for a week in May'13.
Location is really perfect. This hotel is best for a city-trip. It's 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Moscue. Tram station is also not so far.
The building is a historic one, after the restoration. Living in a tradition house is a special experience for travelers.
Staff is extremely kind and helpful!
Breakfast is quite simple but absolutely enough to start your day in Istanbul!

Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!).
Very well for family tourism.

The flat was superb - almost brand new - extremely comfortable,spacious, warm and well equipped. It was cleaned daily - there was nothing for us to do. We even had a patio area complete with the usual furniture, which we used for a relaxing drink at the end of each day.

We could not fault this flat! - The rooms were immaculately clean and were beautifully furnished. The owner of the hotel provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful (even to the extent of coming out on his motorbike to guide us to the suites when we were "slightly lost") about all aspects of our stay in Istanbul. Children can't wait to go back for a second visit. Would highly recommend it!!!

The location was really good,although it was difficult to find it at first, but i guess thats normal in that city. The rooms were small,but cosy and really clean. Great location. Apartments are a few steps away from Galata tower and 5

Almost all amenities included which made things easy especially with
young kids. A small grocery store and money exchange in the back street. -
The size of the apartment was of a good size of about 36 sq.m with the sofa bed being able to be folded into bed making our stay with the Kids much conveninent. The location of the apartment is excellent within close proximity to the shopping area of Estiqlal in Taksim and also metro/trump stations. The hospitality of the management was handled with excellent care by Mr. Takin and his team.
