This hotel was amazing!!! We arrived late in the evening, about 11 pm, and they called for the chef and opened the restaurant just for us, and got two waiters to serve us! The Grand Washington hotel was located in an ideal location for exploring the city - walkable to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and other cultural sites. First the location of the hotel is great (city center, major attractions close to hotel). Second the hotel staff is really friendly and helpfull. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Close location to the excellent tram network that runs in and around Istanbul. Very easy and simple access to all the sights of Istanbul by using the tram. Lots of shops close by. Clean and comfortable hotel that does the job for exploring a fantastic city.

The staff at Bulvar Palas are not just good -- they are exceptional. Everyone spoke fluent English, were accommodating beyond belief (we arrived at 6 a.m. hoping just to check our bags while we went sightseeing and they offered to rush making up a room for us so we could get in there at 10 a.m. without being asked). Everything! The hotel is great! Due to my business life I am staying in
hotels more than a week per month but never saw soo much friendly staff
and ckean hotel! It is 4 stars only in the papers, because in reality it
is a 5 star hotel!!! Even when we had a problem with a taxi,
resemptionist came and fight with him with a sucessful end! Location is
also great, 10 min by taxi from taksim and 4 tram station from hagia
sofia and blue tzami.

All was clean and it was quiet, and the place was perfectly all right for a brief stay. The location is central, and not far from everything by the tram. This was one of the most inexpensive options available. The staff was friendly and helpful. -

Adil the manager was so welcoming and helpful, with great advice and personal asistance. very kind and amicable. all staff very helpful and available 24 hours.

Was a Decent place to stay with large bedroom . Location is excellent and 10 min walking distance from blue mosque grand bazaar Hague Sophia . The wonderful hotel in the heart of ancient town. We lived in apartments - it was great. Good heated room, super friendly staff (more friendly than in 5 stars hotels!!!!. 3-4 min to shopping area and 4-5 min to good small buffets and stores. Excellent !!!

The flat was superb - almost brand new - extremely comfortable,spacious, warm and well equipped. It was cleaned daily - there was nothing for us to do. We even had a patio area complete with the usual furniture, which we used for a relaxing drink at the end of each day.

We could not fault this flat! - The rooms were immaculately clean and were beautifully furnished. The owner of the hotel provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful (even to the extent of coming out on his motorbike to guide us to the suites when we were "slightly lost") about all aspects of our stay in Istanbul. Children can't wait to go back for a second visit. Would highly recommend it!!!
