  Konak Hotel is the best - We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay in Istanbul. Friendly and always helping receptionists. Room was arranged every day. My 3 year old son was very comfortable. Room is ideal for couple with one kid. Located very close to Taksim and close to shopping street. Taxis come next to the door.   Hotel is at center of Istanbul, just a few steps from Taksim square. We somehow get big bridal suite on the last stage free of any additional fees. It was big studio with large comfortable bed, a lot of windows and nice street view. Furniture not new, but looks very good + central condition (a little noisy), free Wi-Fi, sat.TV, mini bar, kettle.
