I was really ejnoyed that I have stayed in Serdivan hotel. Everything was excellent, especially reception staff. The location of this hotel is really comfy, you can reach Grand Bazar, Aya Sofia, Bazilika Cistern, whatever what is in that direction. The tram station Beayzit is closest station to the hotel. Pers - My family and I were traveling on May 2011 to Turkish/Istanbul and we stayed at Serdivan apart hotel. The hotel was about 10-15 minute walk from Blue Mosque, Tupkapi palace ,hagia sofia, Grand Bazaar& close to all the eateries in the Sultanahmet so it was in a fairly convenient location. The manager of the hotel, Mr.Yusuf&the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly! The hotel was nice and safe& the rooms were clean. The staff is good and friendly. The place by situtation is very close to central streets, to Yerebatan Cistern, and from the other side- to Sirceci station. the rooms are comportable and look very nice. The facilities inlcude everything that you need during the trip, it was very nice. I enjoyed my stay in Yenicery House and I am going to stay there again next time! I thank the staff of Yenicery House and its management for your efforts and good work!

The flat was superb - almost brand new - extremely comfortable,spacious, warm and well equipped. It was cleaned daily - there was nothing for us to do. We even had a patio area complete with the usual furniture, which we used for a relaxing drink at the end of each day.

We could not fault this flat! - The rooms were immaculately clean and were beautifully furnished. The owner of the hotel provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful (even to the extent of coming out on his motorbike to guide us to the suites when we were "slightly lost") about all aspects of our stay in Istanbul. Children can't wait to go back for a second visit. Would highly recommend it!!!

hotel when night temperature dropped close to zero but here the room had

The receptionist was extremely helpful from the day we arrived: from providing us many info regarding the city to helping us calling the airport shuttle to confirm our reservation. There was always people in the receptionist area to ensure if we needed to inquire anything someone was there. Amazing hospitality!

Surpassed my expectations - huge bathroom with bathtub, flowers on
my bed, large room, friendly hotel owner, very reasonable price. I
had a very relaxing stay and felt very safe even though I was a solo
female traveler.
On my last day, I left my passport at the hotel and did not realize it until I was at the airport. I quickly called the hotel and the owner swiftly assured me that he had asked a very kind Romanian couple who were headed to the airport to hand me my passport. I got the passport
