The staff were friendly and polite. The manager spoke good English.
There was a problem due to the other guests overstaying in our
apartment. When we arrived after midnight, we were offered a temporary

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was compact but very clean and tidy situated on a fairly quiet side street .It was serviced each day-even the dishes were done for us.Great to have the kitchenette (even though loads of restaurants in vicinity.)

The location is very good. It is less than one minitue by walking to the tram station. The room is well-arranged which is our favorite type. The staff is nice. They allow us for a very late check out (6:00) because the room is not booked by others . That do us a great favor because our flight is at midnight.

with superb views over Bosphorus and the city. Friendly, efficient
staff; clean modern facilities. Although located on tram route, street
noise was not a problem.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were fine. Great views of Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace. The breakfasts were excellent but the dinner menu was a bit dull so we only ate there once

The rooms at Tophane Aparts, are excellent and definitely above other hotels in the same price range. The staff were very accomodating, allowing us to check in early after a long flight from SA. Don't be put off by the buildings in the area, the hotel was the best we stayed in, throughout our trip to Turkey. -

Good location - close to main sightseeings, main shopping street is 5
min away from the hotel and at the same time very calmly and quitely
