  Staff were very kind and helpful specially Zainab she speaks englsih very well. Very comfortable suite, The room was beautifully decorated. Staff a real gem.   Great apartment excellent decoration and newly furnished. It was very very clean, it was cleaned every day. Soundproof, air conditioned room, comfortable bed, extra hot water 24h, very fast free wifi. Complimentary tea, coffee, water, sweets, cookies and bottle of wine in room. It was very nice I was at 4th floor I couldn't feel like I was at very busy istiklal street I feel like I am middle of nowhere it was so quite and very comfortable bed for sleep... I strongly recomond this hotel who is visiting istanbul.
