The staff were friendly and the facilities were fine. Great views of Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace.   I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager .
