Everything about that hotel is great. If I were to rate it, it must be a 7 stars hotel, one of the best around the world. The staff speak excellent English and are very friendly and proffessional. The room division manager is very helpful if you have a complaint and is excellent in customer service. The rooms are very clean and brand new. Location

Apart from the excellent and friendly service provided by the Hotel staff at every level, we liked the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms and the location of the Hotel, particularly its proximity to Florence Nightingale Hospital, which was the main reason of our travel to Istanbul from Ankara. Walking areas nearby and closeness to newly opened Marmaray Metro station to go to the European side under the Bosporus are additional positive factors about the Hotel.

I think it is a new hotel designed so modern and chic. My arrive to
hotel was so easy since it is located approximately 5 minutes from
Ataturk airport. The building was so majestically designed. Outside was
illuminated by blue leds that gives it being a modern aspect. Besides,

The hotel is modern and luxury, the available facilities are suitable for both families and business trips. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

My stay at Rixos Hotel had a taste from heaven. Rixos is simply the best hotel in Istanbul, speacially for families with kids. It's the only hotel with all duplix rooms, not to mention the superb level of services. This is the friendliest hotel I ever stayed and its not surprise that guests return year after year. holidayed here for 5 days 29 April-3 May 2013 with my wife and 7 years son,and I can honestly say it is one best places I have ever stayed. Really good offer for the money it costs. Location just 3 minutes from Taksim square. 40 minutes walking distance from Galata bridge by Istikal street.
Room were nice, not that big but cozy. Good wifi in room ( we even saw movies on-line)

The suite is a small apartment with a small kitchen opened on the living room.
Much better than a classic hotel room if you intend to spend time in your room.
Location is right on Taksim place, in front of Gezi park and Divan hotel. The downside is that it is a bit noisy with ongoing roadworks and traffic at this time. -
