To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. Please note that the price does not include electricity usage, which will be charged separately at the end of the stay. Electricity will be charged at THB 8 per electrical unit. Please be informed that the villa is cleaned twice weekly and linen/towels are changed twice weekly. Standard check-in time is 15:00 hrs and standard check-out time is 11:00 hrs. These times can be flexible subject to availability of the villa. Additional fees or arrangements can be made for early arrival or late departures.
