What a great guide as well as genuing person showing you the real Thailand, not just the tourist attractions. - its really well located and the staff are helpful and friendly. its pretty good value for money although its not that cheap but relative to other hotels in the area this is really the pick of the bunch.   The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out... τι λέει ο κόσμος » their problem. Everyone is very friendly,helpful - We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It´s a nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean and it´s high standard. The stuff are very friendly and helpful and give you the best service. And it´s very silent and peaceful inside the hotel.

  Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

  The location for getting around Bangkok is hard to beat. Very convenient to light rail to downtown walking through mall with least outdoor walking in heat/humidity. The comfort of the room, the fantastic view (I was on 26th floor) the furnishings and space in the room(very pleasant) these were all great. Staff was very friendly and helpful (wakeup... τι λέει ο κόσμος » call for early morning departure to airport was right on time). I had a very quick check-in - no problem using letsbookhotel.com to make the reservat - Emporium was the first place I stayed in Thailand. When you arrived you were greeted by gentlemen opening doors, collecting bags etc. The staff were very helpful. The swimming pool / gym area was fabulous. Night lights were impressive. Access to sky train was only minutes away. If you needed a taxi, the gentleman out the front hailed one for you. No noise in rooms at all, very quiet. It felt very luxurious to stay there.

  Fantastic pool and gardens - a real haven in the centre of the city. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, helping with taxis and even restaurant recommendations. We upgraded to the business club floor and it was worth the extra money to have breakfast, pm tea and happy hour drinks and nibbles in the lounge every day. Very luxurious !
