  Friendliness of the staff, proximity of the hotel to services. The restaurant 'Sorocco' on the 64th floor was excellent. - we got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, magnificent room, sirocco restaurant is excellent and a must, great place to stay

  This is Thai service at its best. We arrived early in the morning from a long-haul flight and were allowed into our room already at 9 am, which was great for a refreshing power nap to counter the jet lag. Location was also perfect being just next to both a sky train and a metro station. - The Junior Suite was excellent. The range of restaurants is exceptional, and all those we tried were good. The club room facilities were also first class. Staff were efficient and very friendly and helpful.

  Staff was very friendly and polite. At the check in the staff recommended us to sign up for a membership to enjoy some other perks like late check out ( which we did). Very close to the BTS and MRT stations. Japanese area nearby and at night the street market and street food vendors would start their business.
