With only a 3 star rating on LetsBookHotel.com we were scratching our heads to work out why... this place should be rated as 4-5 stars! Will definitely stay here again and recommend.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was contemporary and stylish and felt quite luxurious. The staff were friendly, helpful and gracious and the location was excellent - 5 minute walk from Metro and 15 minutes from centre and yet far enough away from very busy area of central Bangkok. You really get your money's worth! I liked the breakfast buffet which consisted of thai and international cuisine. I also like their swimming pool, the bathroom in their room, their constant replenish of drinking water in your room, the small details are just great!

You can enjoy a 5-star hotel service with a limited budget. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the classic room including breakfast and the choice of breakfast was really great. Great hotel with good staff that are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and the wiew of the city was wonderful. Nice pool area. The gym is ok.

I thought the staff at reception were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The spa experience was wonderful. A private tour was very good. Buffet dinner provided variety and was delicious. -
The staff were very nice indeed. We got there at 6am and they let us check in early. It was very clean and comfortable.
