I stayed in the hotel for 6 days 5 nights. The overall experience is
good till one bad experience happened on our last day. The hotel is
located centrally and major shopping malls and shopper paradise are
within walking distance that money is saved on transportation. Hotel is
value for money as we are there to shop but not to spend time in hotel.
We spend more time shopping than in hotel. Lots of eateries outside the
hotel. I will stay again.

Staff were friendly and attentive, and room was spotlessly clean. Shower head was broken, but they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Pool and tanning area were a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was totally adequate to take a dip to cool off. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Location was also very convenient.

Excellent location. Only 7 minutes walk to Asoke BTS and Terminal 21 mall. Decent cafe next door and a supermarket which is just 2 mins walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped for basic cooking.

Great place for a Bangkok stopover. Spacious, well appointed rooms and bathroom. Excellent facilities including a pool. Very good breakfasts with variety. Well located next to markets and malls. Sky train direct to international airport almost outside the door. Plenty of eateries nearby. Helpful staff. Easy to get to sights. Love the place. -

Its location suites us for walking and shopping, I love the omelettes which used to be cooked by a gentleman by the name of Mannit who I believe has passed away. HE WAS AN EXAMPLE OF THE EXCELLENT STAFF THAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR EMPLOY.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. The hotel is such a great value for money in terms of comfortability, cleanliness and facilities. It is also a new hotel with great design. The location is fair, about 700 meters to the nearest BTS Chong Nonsi (approximately 10 minutes walk). However, the heat of the day in Bangkok makes it feel like miles away from the sky train, let alone the busy traffic all the time of the day. very nice and friendly staff, good food at the restaurant - Location is convenient: close to skytrain (free shuttle service from thehotel by Tuktuk), next to soi 11 which has many very nice restaurantsand 5 min walk from the night market of Sukhumvit. Still the hotel isvery quiet!

Location - close to the airport with free shuttle service from the hotel. The hotel is also close to a local thai market and in walking distance to the paseo mall. Excellent location if you need a hotel near to the airport. Excellent if you've been on a long haul flight and just need to rest. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, a great mini bar in all rooms with snacks included and a nice pool with sunbirds if you need to chill out. The best for me is the free minibus shuttle service both to and from the airport. Saves all the hassle of taxis.

This is my third visit and will definitely return again. The location is perfect with ease of access to the Nana BTS and Tollway to both airports.
The staff are always friendly and courteous at all hours of the day. My room has always been impeccably clean including the bathroom which has a good size bath with overhead shower. Wifi signal is good and for those that cannot do without TV there is plenty of variety to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.
