Firstly the staff were amazing. Tom and Ning couldn't have been more friendlier and helpful. They made everything easy for you. We thought the location was perfect. Excellent views, close to pier. Yes it was a little walk from town but we quite enjoyed the walk home. Is an easy walk home along beach in the serenity. Nice to be close to action but far enough away it doesn't disturb you. Great little local bar close it it to that was fantastic. People complained about the flies at breakfast. Yes

We had heard a lot of negative comments about the staff being rude and barking orders about fines for towels and room key, they are just doing their job people. They collected us from the pier as it is a walk (5 minutes) to the hotel a staff member extremely friendly insisted on taking our luggage ( 2 suticases weighing more than 50kg in 36degrees

Ok this is a really clean and neat hotel in phi phi. Its hard to find a
decent mid priced hotel as most of the reviews for other hotels are
shocking but this is perfect. Its location is perfect for everything,
its 5 mins stroll to the pier, in the centre of town but facing into a
courtyard pool so no noise from outside. A few minutes to the beaches.
Definitely pleased with this hotel. Its a little more exspensive than a
similar hotel in Phuket, but everything on Phi Phi is due to transport
cost

I have marked everything as excellent here except value which I've said is average. I'll explain this first. This is one of 7 hotels we will have stayed in by the end of our trip and the most expensive of the lot. In saying that it is still reasonable in terms of what we would pay at home for hotels. This is paradise! We were looking for a great place to stay with our 10
month old baby. Before going we checked the reviews and started to
doubt. It turned out that all he bad things in the reviews were over
exaggerated. The bungalows are on a hill but you can ask for a free
pickup service to and from your bungalow at the reception and by phone
(even though it is just a 5 minute walk. You do need to move if you want
a fantastic scenery view from your balcony :) Snorkeling is great. The

Lives up to its name! We found this little hideaway beach just the best
place to stay in Phi Phi. If you want to stay out of the busy tonsai
area then this is just the perfect place. The Relax Beach resort has

The whole resort was extremely picturesque.
The orthentic bamboo and wooden bungalows, set within indigenous unspoilt forest,all have beautiful sea views.
These were cleaned daily to a high standard.
The staff, especially, made a huge impact on us. No request was too great, and they were always happy and smiling, with a willingness to please which went way beyond anything we had experienced.

I loved our stay at phi phi sunset. We checked in at phi phi inn on the main beach, then about 30 minutes later we were on the long tail boat to the other side of the beach. The staff at both locations were very friendly and helpful. The staff at sunset resort was very friendly and helpful as well but his English wasn't so good. The view was unbel

The location is amazing, our bungalow was ready before check in time. It was clean and the view is just priceless!

Loved the relaxed lay back atmosphere. The beach was beautiful for swimming. Beautiful outdoor dinning on beach evenings, amazing.

One word - location. On the northern part of Phi Phi gave a sense of privacy and isolation. Perfect for relaxation and escaping the crowds. Staff were very helpful with all our requests, helped with boat trips and dining options. Enough restaurants along the stretch to keep you busy for a few nights.

Few minutes walk away from beautiful Ba Kao bay and another bay (which I can't remember). Boat over to the main beach is very handy as it's quite a steep walk back! (Make sure you take a torch if you plan to walk back at night)
Food was lovely and fairly priced.
Music is loud at night but seriously not bad enough for anyone to need ear plugs!! If you're going to complain you probably shouldn't go to phi phi!

This hotel is not for everyone. But I personally loved it as it was what I expected. Very in touch with nature - everything is made from wood. No tv in our room and only a fan. First we arrived to tonsai pier and took a longtail boat to reach the resort, it's only 100 baht.
It has a small private beach, the room is big and clean, bed has a net for mosquito, its reaaly nice to rest in the hammock in front of the bungalow. First off, we were a bit worried by some of the ratings. So here's ours: Excellent!! We had a luxury bungalow close to pool and reception. Airco, Free wifi!!! Only 80eur/ night. Everywhere was clean, no bugs, a lot of cats though. The pool was beautiful. The beach bar had really good music, and overall it was not too noisy. Only 10 min from the pier, with a nice guy with trolley carrying our luggage. Perfect place!
