We are very happy to stayed in this hotel. The first welcome was very
impressive until the end of our stayed. All receptionists were very
friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Chaiwat who gave us rooms with a

Excellent services and a very professional staff! We had a memorable
stay at this hotel for 4 nights. Great restaurants. Excellent havana
pub! This is a brand new property with children friendly atmosphere in
the peaceful and clean location of North Pattaya, away from the hustle
bustle of the South night life...Would strongly recommend this hotel to
travellers with young kids... We were upgraded to the top floor premium

The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am. My dealings with the staff were always good.The rooms were spacious, and cleaned daily. Breakfast was supplied and there was plenty of choice

This hotel is brillant. Staff and lovely, rooms are clean, big and all you need I have stayed in delux hotels and this is nearly on parr.
Breakfast is good but cold.
Pool is small but enough and its very clean.

rooms are very clean and spacious, but the best part is.. the rooftop swim-up bar was awesome! upon arrival, the hotel upgraded us to a jacuzzi room even though we only booked a regular deluxe room, they also went on to surprise me with a birthday cake as it was my birthday, which was a very nice gesture. it feels like a 4 star hotel with a person

it was was a very nice holiday at Tims Hotel, very very nice hotel and great staff. I even forget some of things when I left for Bangkok, but they brought it to me for free, excellent service.

The hotel is new, modern and very clean, and the staff is polite and quite helpful. Location was good for us, on a quiet road, away from all the noise and hectic life of the city. The complimentary tuk-tuk takes you to the main 2nd road in less than 3 minutes. - Staff very friendly and helpful. The one bedroom suite was superb.

This was the 3rd hotel of 9 we stayed in during a round trip of Thailand, and we found it to be all we had expected. It is right on the beach front, and there are plenty bars, restaurants & nightlife all around. You can access anywhere in Pattaya for 20 Bhat in the plentifull Bhat buses, so getting around is not a problem.

It is located near the beach, Tiffany and Alcazar are less than 10 minutes walk away. Several tour agents are available just just near the hotel. Good view from my windows of the sea. Breakfast is very good with many choices to choose from. Will stay there again next visit.

Absolutely outstanding in all aspects of luxuries rooms, beautiful and very functioning facilities, delicious food as well as fine and friendly service! We enjoyed the decorations of the suite and the very comfi bed!! Nice shower with good water pressure and easy to control water temperature. Very good selection of TV channels and exquisite rooms

Great Boutique Hotel with superb suites and outstanding service. We occupied a junior suite which is their smallest "room" with about 60spm for a price of regular room in any luxury hotel! The room was much nicer than expected - spacious, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, although you had to walk to their sister hotel around the corner for it - but worth it. There's a surprisingly nice Irish pub almost opposite the hotel as well. Good value for money all round.

it was so convenient and within 5mins to the Beach and shopping mall. outside the hotel have night market and bar which good for tourist and group of friends to hang out. -
Location is good to beach and walking street,we just take tutu taxi about 10 min to Tiffany show.the room is nice,bed comfortable n clean.staff are nice there.

Stayed in Sept. 2013 for 3 nights. Highly pleased. Rooms are big, clean with clean bedclothes. Separate shower and bath. Staff was great, pool was great. Great location, value for money good.Breakfast ok for 4 star hotel. -
