The hotel, was very nice, the staff were friendly and were very helpful. Upon arrival, i was welcomed very politely, which made a good start to my holiday. The rooms were kept very clean each day, by a team of nice cleaning staff, that were trustworthy, when ever i left anything of value in the room, that i had not put in the safe. I would recom

Excellent location , on the beach road and just a few steps to walking streets and all attractions , value of money , excellent customer service ,all staff are so friendly and helpfull , you will feel home , very nice and well furnished modern room , very clean , good security , large bathroom , you will feel like a 5 stars hotel , recommand for all , famillies and singles , and a big thanks for all receptions team , i will back there for sure

The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great. We had a fantastic holiday. Thestaff there is extremely nice and helpful and the pool team is the bestI've ever met.

The staff are the best in all the hotels i ever stayed in. They make ur stay memorable. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is on the middle of the 2nd street from the beach road. The design and decoration of the lobby and rooms is modern and beautiful. Clean hotel in overall. -

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel employees are very polite, kind
and helpful. When we had a technical problem with the air condition, in
about 2-3 hours, during we were out, the problem was fixed. It is a very

Hotel also provided us daily free mineral water, fruit juice, singha beer, coke and milk. Remember to consume it everyday. There is a DVD player in our room, we can rent the DVD from the downstair library. It is amazing.

Hotel is in general looks nice and clean at all. Staffs are friendly a specially at reception. Location of the hotel very close to biggest shopping mall in Pattaya (Central Mall) and 15-20 minutes to Walking Street. -

rooms are very clean and spacious, but the best part is.. the rooftop swim-up bar was awesome! upon arrival, the hotel upgraded us to a jacuzzi room even though we only booked a regular deluxe room, they also went on to surprise me with a birthday cake as it was my birthday, which was a very nice gesture. it feels like a 4 star hotel with a person

it was was a very nice holiday at Tims Hotel, very very nice hotel and great staff. I even forget some of things when I left for Bangkok, but they brought it to me for free, excellent service.

it was so convenient and within 5mins to the Beach and shopping mall. outside the hotel have night market and bar which good for tourist and group of friends to hang out. -
Location is good to beach and walking street,we just take tutu taxi about 10 min to Tiffany show.the room is nice,bed comfortable n clean.staff are nice there.

The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am. This hotel is brillant. Staff and lovely, rooms are clean, big and all you need I have stayed in delux hotels and this is nearly on parr.

The location is out of word perfect! My room is at the 33 floor, which means I can appreciate the view of whole city and beach no matter day or night. And all the staffs are very friendly and willing to go extra miles for any requests from customers. I am thinking my next visit already. :) -

This was my 1st time staying at the LK Metropole but it won't be my last . When I got there the hotel was overbooked but they had held me a suite and I got a free upgrade . The Staff gave us a wonderful welcome. My Mother & Brother stayed at this hotel for many years but sadly passed away earlier this year. I took my brother's ashes to Thailand to scatter him with my other brother who died there 7 years ago. I let the hotel know the purpose of my visit and upon arrival I was given a letter from the Manager saying how sorry the staff were to hear of my news. Absolutely outstanding in all aspects of luxuries rooms, beautiful and very functioning facilities, delicious food as well as fine and friendly service!
