  The room was excellent. Very spacious and value for many. We had our own swimming pool at the room (they call it a jacuzzi on the website, however it was more of a splash pool type of effect) The swimming pool was a big bonus as it was very hot in Phuket (we went in April the hottest month of the year) so was nice to be able to relax at your own p... τι λέει ο κόσμος » rivate pool with a nice daybed!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ok, it is just outside of Patong, so you are not in the mid - The staff were fantastic, so helpful. The room was huge, I had a deluxe room with spa with sea views and the best part was the spa had a small pool attached. Loved it and spent heaps of time in the resort. The breakfast was so fresh and variety was great. Ate at the restaurant several times and the meals were great. Each afternoon you got a plate of fresh fruit delivered. No complaints at all about this resort and highly recommend.

  Beautiful quiet resort. Perfectly situated on the side of Patong Beach, only 10min walking to the city center. Nice and clean resort on nice montain side and nice and romantic views on Patong Beach, good and luxery rooms.   Not the first time we have stayed at BYD Lofts and most definitely will not be the last. Rooms spacious, modern, clean and airy whilst at the same time, cannot hear a single noise from outside. Great sized balconies and all fixtures/fittings you would expect from a serviced apartment-type hotel experience. Great breakfasts (primarily because they cook to order as opposed to everything pre-cooked), ver - The Staff's attitudes were 'awesome' - so very friendly across the board. Suites spacious, clean and well appointed - towels very soft. Breakfast very good as not a buffet, cooked to order and staff very welcoming. Hire airport pick-up and laptop provided with Internet access for the route back to hotel - handy for catching up on emails and not having to load up your own laptop.
