The rooms are comfortable, very clean (with daily cleaning service) and you can tell that they are really doing their best in offering quality services (freshly washed towels and laundry, cold water in the fridge, soap and stuff in the bathroom and a great bed and 'sofa' by the window). The hotel stuff is friendly and fair (ex: they rented us a motorbike and in the last day we used it just for half a day, and at the end they offered us a discount for returning it before schedule). Totally recom.
όλα τα σχόλια » The owner and crew are just awesome. If you are a Phuket newbie, DCC is the place to go. Get your bike, book your tours and so on. Thumbs up for the lovely staff! I actually had to stay in another (fairly new) guesthouse opposite of DCC house, so not much to say about the guesthouse itself. I like DDC house. The lady receptionist is nice and helpful. The air-conditioner is good. The room is clean and bright. You can rent a motorbike there. I rode one to visit Phuket streets in the evening. Friendly staff room was very nice has a/c,tv,balcony,wifi,nice reception, they can rent you a motorbike to go around the beach all info and facilities very kind people nice and cheap highly recommended. The staff is friendly, she gave us some suggestions on places to visit and she helped us to book the minibus to airport. It's very convenient, just get a bike & u can go anywhere. The ladies at the reception are very helpful and happy, so it was easy to plan around town with their help. The Hotel is pretty new and the rooms are nice and very clean. The owners are great people and helped us for everything.The rooms are cleaned every day.One of the best hotels for this amount of money that you can find in all Phuket. Staff is really friendly, location very convenient and quiet enough for being in Patong. You will harder find a cheaper room at this quality. Go go go. Very nice small hotel and what for me is the most important very, very clean! Nice and helpfull staff, i can recommend it for everybody. The hostess is very nice, who gave us economic motobike rental, PP boat ticket booking and many suggestion to food and shopping. very nice host cheap in motor rent room is good cleaning is frequent. Staff were friendly clean and comfort only five miute walk to beach. clean, good facility, quick wifi, friendly staff, good price. Everything you need for a cheap price. Comfortable, clean, easy to find food and close to minimarket. Mall can reach just 10 minute walk, patong beach just 15 minute walk. nothing to complain!. It is not close to the Patong beach. But I acctually did not care as the beach was not good at all (dirty). Everything was perfect no complains!!. We were in a fifth floor without elevator... The bathroom was leaking everywhere so the floor was always wet. No breakfast. We did not like Patong Beach at all. Maybe too far from city centre, but it could be also an advantage in noisy pattong. 5--floor a little high, a narrow stair is the only choice, but i can handle it since i do not have too much luggage. Ddc was not the hotel were we exactly stayed, the hotel send us to a nearby hotel, it seems they took a charge from us. Because we extended two more nights and they gave us a cheaper price (difference of 200 thb!!. Cleaner should knock before entering the room. :). With no slipper. No new body soap in the second day. One of the staff can't speak english, in the morning i want breakast and I said no pork and she didn't understand and give me pork.
