Great hotel in the old part of Bangkok, very close to some main
attractions as, E.G. Reclining Buddha, Gran palace. Right on the river
and so great for travel around the city. Staff could not more helpful,
even to walking us to river ferry to make sure we caught the right one
at the local not tourist) rate. Ms Jin prompt and courteous in answering

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed both times that we stayed here. The staff was most welcoming, friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the river and very close to Wat Pho, Wat Arum and the Royal Palace. It has nearby restaurants that serve delicious food at reasonable prices. This hotel's location is ideal for a tourist. It is very new and clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful. We even took a canal cruise while waiting for our departure flight. We highly recommend it

Wonderful oasis, close to the Grand Palace overlooking the busy river. Characterful cheaper rooms with complimentary water and teas/coffees on a table outside, nice touch. Peaceful pool area, usually had it to ourselves, so appreciated a swim after the hectic city outside, gardens with beautiful orchids and helpful staff. Special thanks to Atom,

Superb, attentive service throughout. A local mobile phone provided by the hotel for whole stay. Personal, 24 hour private river ferry to/from hotel. We stayed three nights at Praya
Palazzo and were very happy with our choice. It was very relaxing and peaceful. The staff were very helpful, friendly and obliging. Our deluxe room was first class comfort. The hotel faced the river and we enjoyed sitting at the pool or having breakfast watching life on the river pass by. When we go back to Bangkok we will definitely stay there again.

great hotel, great service, great breakfast,book the executive suites with the river view, try the 32 floor bar! It's the best coctail bar!for families with children, they have little hilton's facilities, so everything is takes care of! - The service was first class. All the staff without exception were absolutely great. The hotel itself is superb

Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The extra effort to meet my needs (a box breakfast on the morning I left at 2AM for the airport!) were very unexpected but welcome. While they were always busy, I never felt they were too busy for me. -

Friendliness of the staff, proximity of the hotel to services. The restaurant 'Sorocco' on the 64th floor was excellent. - we got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, magnificent room, sirocco restaurant is excellent and a must, great place to stay

Upon arrival I was given a written invitation to a cocktail and canapé
evening. This was extremely enjoyable with the chefs from each of the 3
restaurants delivering the dishes and explaining each canapé,
culminating in the head chef speaking to us all. The event was perfect

My third time staying at this hotel, and is still the best so far comparing to the other two bedroom apartment I have stayed in Bangkok. Room is very spacious and hotel amenities with the washing machine and dryer inside the room is a plus... Definitely will stay again.....maybe will try to stay at the hangover suite....
