Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! Make sure you go up to Vertigo for dinner or a drink -

the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent.
the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

The staff was so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. They were very accommodating and such a pleasure to interact with. Also, the location is perfect! Right across from one of the premier muay boxing locations and less than 2 minutes from a metro stop to give you access to all areas of the city. -

The location is unbeatable. You are within walking distance of Silom and the MRT. You don't have to fight rush hour traffic.
And the staff are extremely courteous and helpful, particularly with answering questions and arranging transportation from the door.

The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The apartments are quiet, very spacious and great value for money. The internet speed was always fast.
I actually stayed there for a week then left for Singapore the following week and then came back to this same Marriott for yet another week. The hotel kept my luggage in their store room for the week that I was away. On my return the service from the staff was excellent as always.

beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe).

Anantara Bangkok Sathorn is a fairly new apartment hotel which is
wonderful for bigger groups who requires 2 bedrooms in an apartment.
The staff are friendly and make extra effort to bend backwards to meet our requests which is appealing. If you are there for a leisurely quiet time with your family, then this hotel is for you where you can relax

I liked the fact that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on the 35th floor. It was awesome to be able to have breakfast in the lounge on the 37th floor. The evening complementary cocktails and canapes were very much appreciated. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The Chong Nonsi BTS is only 10 minutes walk away and for those who don't want to walk the hotel has a shuttle bus to bring you there. Silom Road is only 15 minutes walk away. Second time in this hotel and everything was amazing - pool, rooftop garden (nice windy place for reading, relaxing, working, yoga practising, drinking beer - or whisky in Thailand :-) etc.), small fitness (I was alone here - same like in pool) and spacious elegant luxury rooms. The staff was great. Speaks very good English. Not just the fromt desk does, also the waitress and the doorman. Room was great. Food was great. Everything there was awesome. Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to
the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation
and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can

As a hotelier myself I loved everything about St Regis Bangkok,
Architectural interior details exceptional, design, spa, pool (although
a bit small) comfort, location, has direct excess to the sky-train.

Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service.
This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor.

We did honeymoon in phuket and returning home we stayed only one night in Aetas. They upgraded our room and send a cake to our room.Next day our flight was late and after a city sighseeing returned to hotel to pick up our luggages they suggested we can have a shower if we want in the Gym facilities. This was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We liked the hotel because it is clean, the rooms are very spacious and is near the metro station (5 min walk, without luggage). Also the area is quied, away from the crowded and noisy city.
Who wants peace, comfort and ease while to get anywhere in the city using public transportation (metro or boat) recommend this hotel. Taxis is cheap but in most cases taxi drivers do not put taximeters but prefers to negotiate the price, which is usually double or even triple.
Recommended for those who come
