- Extremely friendly and helpful staff. (We checked in and out of this hotel 3 times and they were very helpful in ordering us cabs, storing our bags, helping us do laundry late at night, and even upgraded our room)

the interior design of Sofitel So Bangkok is amazing, and i am impressed by the five Oriental elements that applied in the design. it is so inspiring and hip. The Staff is so attentive and accommodating, as well as very knowledgeable about the hotel. they even offer me a hotel tour, which is fab. i really enjoy the stay there in Sofitel So. -

The room is so cosy which lift up to the name and the bed is definitely heavenly.

Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! Make sure you go up to Vertigo for dinner or a drink -

the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent.
the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent. Take his advises. -

Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. No one can do enough for you. The gym is full sized the pool enormous and everything seems brand new. I cannot praise it enough as you can see. The management responded well when I checked into my room and I noted that there was a smell coming from the refurbishment of their furniture. We were on our frequent trip to Bangkok from Singapore for a short holiday and found this hotel quite satisfied to us. Going in and out was very convenient through a few minutes walk to the MRT station. There were plenty of local Resturants that we can eat all day long. The Lumpinee Park was very enjoyable for our morning exercise. Staff were also friendly and polite.

The location is unbeatable. You are within walking distance of Silom and the MRT. You don't have to fight rush hour traffic.

The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The apartments are quiet, very spacious and great value for money. The internet speed was always fast.
I actually stayed there for a week then left for Singapore the following week and then came back to this same Marriott for yet another week. The hotel kept my luggage in their store room for the week that I was away. On my return the service from the staff was excellent as always.
