Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. Affiliated restaurants perhaps a bit overpriced but still great dining there if you do not wish to leave the hotel area. -

Location is just perfect: 10 min walk from the famous Khaosan Road and many other tourist destinations easily accessible from there. At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. Especially when you have a child and don't want to walk far away for dinner.

Its location is ideal particularly as the river boat stops just outside the hotel. The rooms are beautifully made and if you are lucky enough to book a room over looking the river it is certainly worth the exra cost. The restaurant area has a lovely relaxing atmosphere and you can enjoy watching the comings and goings on the river. Excellent!

All the staff are very friendly and helpful always. We were able to change to a different room which suited us better and the staff did everything they could to make sure we were happy, and booked us tours and cheap rates with the local taxi's. My wife and I stayed a week and we enjoyed it! The owner, Ton, provided airport transfers both ways. He also had his maid cleaned up the apartment in the middle of our stay. There was free WiFi and the apartment was sufficiently equipped for a comfortable stay. The apartment is secured by card access and security guards. -

The hotel location is very near to mbk, siam and grand central shoppingmalls.Morover siam bts is just a minute away. I feel Novotel is ideallylocated and suitable for families with kids and elderly people. - Close to everything was fantastic

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff also very friendly and most of them understand English so communications is not a problem. The only losing factor they have is the distance to the shopping area. Have to walk quite a long way out in order to get there, so more frequent shuttle trips will be great. -

Great comfy rooms. Separate shower and bath. Some good city views. Pool
is great as indoors incase of rainbow but with sunbathing area. Gym

Close to the road markets, the BTS skytrain and Zen and Big C shopping centers.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed both times that we stayed here. The staff was most welcoming, friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the river and very close to Wat Pho, Wat Arum and the Royal Palace. It has nearby restaurants that serve delicious food at reasonable prices. This hotel's location is ideal for a tourist. It is very new and clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful. We even took a canal cruise while waiting for our departure flight. We highly recommend it
