Have stayed here four times now and has never disappointed.Sure the place looks a little tired but overall great value for money.Pool and spa a great spot to chill in the arvo and always duper clean.No pool bar but who cares as your room is only meters away. -

This hotel is awesome! Yes, there are a lot of steps to climb but if you are in fairly good shape it won't be a problem and the view is worth it! Very comfortable and clean hotel. Big, light rooms. Perfect garden of flowers and tropical plants, but in spite of it - no insects in rooms at all. Fresh, tasty breakfast with enough variety of menu. Good restaurant with delicious courses. Clean pool with fresh and rather good cocktails in bar at it. Most of all i'm impresed by polite, smily and professional staff. Thank them for everything.

Outstanding value!!! Has everything I need --- A/C, free wi-fi, refrigerator, very comfortable bed, close enough to the beach and nice restaurants (about 5-15 minute walk), but in a quiet area away from the craziness of the main streets. The staff is not professional - this is a small family owned place --- but they try hard and will do what they can to take care of you. Have stayed there on multiple occasions and look forward to going back.

My fourth visit to this hotel. Clean, nice small pool, friendly staff and great curry for 79bt! Easy to hire a motor bike and close enough to walk to Kata Beach or have a shop around the corner. Great value and I'll be back soon! -

It was very cozy, with nice grounds and neat rooms. The beach is pretty close, as are quite a few restaurants for those who want to try something new. The staff were extremely helpful, though not all spoke very good English. Both the common area and the rooms are kept clean and tidy. Wi-fi is free and works without a hitch.

The hotel was very much to our liking. The staff was wonderfull andfriendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home and at ease.We even went back at the end of our vacation to stay for another 3 days.So in all we stayed and aprreciated their hospitallity for 5 days. Thankyou and if we ever go to Kata Beach again we'll be back at the Beach

The hotel's restaurant makes excelent and fresh seafood, as well as fantastic exotic drinks. We had a very pleasant stay.

We stayed in the hotel for 6 days and that was a great experience. We loved everything: 1. Location is very convenient to walk to both Kata and Kata Noi beaches. 2. The room had everything we needed incl umbrellas (for rainy season) and basic drinks. We had a pool view room which i would recommend to book.
