Staff: Very friendly. Had trouble with the safe deposit box twice, and they were prompt with the assistance. Check-in and out was reasonably prompt. Myself and my husband stayed in a Private Pool Villa which was fantastic, huge bed and plenty of space throughout. The resort is stunning and well maintained. My husband and I celebrated my birthday in Phuket, and the hotel staffs came up with a surprise cake on my birthday. It was the most unforgettable and sweetest memory that we've ever had in the hotel! - Everything! The breakfast was lovely, close to the beach, excellent staff, who even put flowers on our bed and gave us free fruit when we arrived.

It was the best hotel we stayed in Thailand. Really nice and clean room with nice european style bathroom (which I really appreciate) with balcony and TV with English programms. Superb buffet breakfast included. Really helpful staff and services of luxurious hotel. Lovely swimming pool, unfortunately closed later in the evening. Convenient location

We loved it! Hotel is really quiet, and well located. Close to beach: 5 to 10 minutes walking from one of the nicest beaches of the island, and eating facilities nearby. There are some shops, but not too many.
Rooms are spacious, luminous, very clean and silent. Nice pool, and massage, tours, transfer and room service. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and offer lots of options.

very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

The rooms were fantastic, we had a grand deluxe, the staff amazing so attentive and always happy and smiling. As far as location goes I would never stay in patong or karon , although we did tuktuk most days to patong I still love kata beach . This is my second stay with Avista Kata Beach. The last time was with my wife for honeymoon. In general, I am very satisfied with the stay for both times. The facility is quite new and clean with a stylish design. I stayed with a deluxe room on the 4th floor with the pool view, but I can also enjoy a good sea view from the balcony. The location of the hotel is on the way up to the hill, but it's very convenient for a 5 mins walk to the beach and the restaurants. I would definitely go there agai

It was very clean. They don't make the room or give you fresh towels the next day - maybe you have to ask. But temperature was great, warm/cold water whenever you need it, comfortable bed with warm wool in the closet to put over sheet if needed. No one bothers you. Ample powerpoints and 3 wifi points which were excellent. Absolute value for money.

When we first arrived we met the very friendly staff of this just four months newly opened guesthouse. Very comfortable, modern and spacious room.
Small balcony were you can sit quite fine and it is provided with a rask to dry your stuff.
Free WiFi and Flatscreen television with English, Dutch, French, Russian, Thai channels etc.
Room cleaned every day. Fresh towels every day.
