Everything, the owner was really nice. They bring us for a walk at the beach, recommended so many places for us to visit, and then the massage service is just super. I will stay in this hotel again if I go o hua hin. The hotel was 5 minutes walk frm Tesco, and around 15 mins walk to the night market, 10minutes walk to the beach... One more thing I like is they prepared a clothes rack for you so that we can dry our clothes outside. I really like this hotel.όλα τα σχόλια
Great location. Everything is within walking distance. The Village Market is about a 5 minute walk. It's a huge shopping center. Beach is about 5 or 10 minute walk. My room was spotless. King size bed, fridge, balcony with outdoor sink which I used to wash my clothes. Dry rack also available. I originally had booked for 4 nights and extended my stay another six night. There is a massage next door. Owner is very nice. Free Wi Fi and cable TV.

First place in Thailand where we were able to communicate with the staff in proper English.
Very clean rooms and flexible times for cleaning, cleaning lady was very nice and did not mind we were late for cleaning.
Rooms are exactly as shown on the pictures, big clean and modern, well decorated.
We had a fantastic stay and would really recommend going here.
Sunshine Hostel is definitely more like a hotel! The staff are all very
nice, the room was large, clean, and was less than a 5 minute walk from
Market Village and the beach! Also there's a scooter rental place
around the corner if you need it and the next block over has good
restaurants, bars, massage places, and laundry (@ soi 94).
nice and spacious rooms, friendly hotel owners, close to the beach, 20 min walk to the city center with all the bars and restaurants, close by is a big shopping mall, inclunding a food court and a huge tesco supermarket (good for breakfast)...i would stay again.
Very nice new hotel. Very clean in calm street. 5 min of walking is cheap european style bakery and good indian restaurant.
Great value for money very big room with cable tv drying rack and balcony near a very good cafe on soi 90 too.

Bed was very hard but I think that's probably indicative of Thailand unless I'm staying in a five star hotel.
I would have liked a kettle to heat water in the room.
A little bar soap was provided daily, but no shampoo. Not a huge deal,
but would be nice.

They give only one very small soap ... Very poor.
google map shows its location at wrong place of soi 88/1...it correct location is 3 alley to the south at soi 92.
15min-20min walk to of town center but can be easily access by taking local tuk-tuk.We would not recommend this guesthouse. Its at a busy mainroad an next to a buildingsite. It's very noisy. Also you have to cross the mainroad to get to the beach and that's not easy in Thailand. And there are no restaurants or bars around.The hostel is next to the busy main road outside the centre.
