The resort is family run and managed by Mr Nice (nice by name, nice by nature) nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were welcomed and soon felt at home. We had an air conditioned bungalow that was spacious and clean and provided a comfortable base for our stay. Located on the beach (which was raked and cleaned every morning)with all necessary facilities and the bonus of an excellent restaurant the resort provides all that is needed. Free dvds to hire and snorkelling equipment. Great fruit shakes and the food was good. Definitely recommended and would stay again. -
Decoration is nice. View is stunnin. You can see whole Salaad bay as well as mountain from balcony at the same time.

I stayed for three nights and liked it very much. In combination with
the price of 30e/night, I'm even giving it 5 stars (though
for that money, naturally you're not getting one of the
"private pool" suites but their smallest, still very
comfortable double room.)

Staff is really helpful and frienly. Hotel is located on a very beautiful and quiet beach, it´s almost like a paradise! Special thanks of the birthdaycake and sparkling wine at the breakfast on 3.10.2013! =) The villa(number 5) with pool and seawiev is great! We had a great week in this resort and we really recommend this hotel to everybody!

The staff at the resort are what makes the place . It is in an ideal setting with beautiful views - but without the happy Burmese Boys that looked after my young daughter and myself like we were family - it have been a different holiday . -

I stayed a week but not during the full moon ! I can say it s the best place in koh phangan !! staff are fantastic ! helpful , respectful , and very kind ( the receptionist call M was the best !! and leek the barman ) no to far from the heart of the village but rent a scooter ! I still think it s the best location ! great beach and view , I had a great time there and i highly recommanded

Myself and four other friends travelled to thailand for 2 weeks. We stayed at 4 different hotels throughout the country and we all agreed Tharathip was the best. -

Everything! The service is amazing with everything covered (even before you've really thought about it!) The room had breathtaking views from the enormous balcony whilst the room itself (Grand Seaview Penthouse) had two large bedrooms and a massive open plan kitchen/living area. You just have to read the other revues to realise this place is excellent. Family run by very friendly people the service is excellent. The rooms are very nice and private. The pool is really amazing and one of the best parts of the resort, perhaps only outshone by the very generous and yummy breakfasts. Staff are friendly and super helpful! My friend and I stayed here for just one night before the Full Moon Party and the hotel offer a taxi service (350Baht return pp) to get there. The hotel is located right next to the beach so ideal for relaxing. plenty of restaurants and bars on the beach -
The surrounding area was fabulous, perfect for couples as you literally did not have to move from the resort with a supermarket,beach,restaurants and bars. Staff were brilliantly helpful and they picked us up from the pier for 120bht per person. Would definitely stay again, it was clean and romantic, but if your wanting to venture off around the island definitely rent a motorbike !

We loved our pool villa suite it was absolutely amazing with awesome views. We were double booked, the staff were very friendly and gave us a free upgrade!
