This is a stunning new well run hotel. Loved the colour scheme & design. I had room 8 which was a beach/pool view room & it was an incredibly beautiful view. The friendly staff couldn't help enough - esp with booking ferries - nothing too much trouble. They were fast to respond to email for port transfer. The breakfast was fresh, enjoyable & again - staff can't offer you enough help / kindness. The hotel was quiet & I used the fab gym & Free wifi. The pool was sensational &a.

Steve was especially helpfull to us and made us feel at home straight away and gave us useful advice The manager adam was also very helpful. It was nice to have some staff from the uk working there as they understood your needs a little more. The bar staff was also brilliant and more than happy to offer friendly advice. Food was brillant and to a high standard. Infinity pool was best place to watch amazing su. Everything! Food is outstanding, rooms are spotless with extremely comfy bed. The pool is lovely and the swim up bar is very cool. We stayed for full moon and there was a very cool and chilled vibe here. There was a pool party the day of FMP with a DJ starting at 3pm which was fun. It is definitely walking distance to FMP but I wouldn't recommend it. The road has no path and is not lit up and the drivers are insane so if you want to stay alive get a taxi, it's 50baht per person!. Able to walk to Haad rin within 10 minutes, or 100 baht for a tuk tuk. Pool is beautiful overlooks the ocean. The hotel meets its own beachside area with sunloungers. James the poolside bar tender makes amazing cocktails. The staff working at the hotel are inviting and willing to help with any requests or just a great conversation. Beds and pillows were the comfiest I've come across in Thailand! Great night sleeps each night! Everything looks just like the pictures!. Everything; pool, pool bar, food, staff, facilities, breakfast, location is out of the hustle and bustle but still within easy walking distance of the full moon party. It is right next to a Muay Thai boxing ring and Coral Bungalows which hosts the biggest pool party on Koh Phangan - the pictures really do not do this place justice it is the best hotel we have stayed in when travelling across Thailand!. Great time at the coast! For a 100$ a night, it's hard to beat the 5 star value in return. The rooms are nice clean and modern, the staff is incredibly nice, smiley and helpful, the pool is big and great for lap swimming, with a water bar. The breakfast had lots of fresh, clean vegetables which didn't make you sick, and the shakes are one of the best I've had in Thailand. Very welcoming hotel with modern amenities, clean rooms with quality linens and comfortable beds. The beach and pool area are kept spotless by staff. Breakfast was included and a good value with many options. Delicious pool side food offerings at a happy hour price. Kib at the front desk was very helpful at arranging dinner plans and spa appointments. This resort is really new (I think only about 6 months old) so was really nice. The pool is good and the rooms are great. If you are going to the full moon party this is a good place to stay - enough away that you don't hear the noise but close enough to walk. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again!. Its clean & modern, lovely poolside & beach on your doorstep. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Food was very good in the restaurant as were the cocktails at the pool bar ! Some lovely beach bars at either side of the hotel also. I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travellers. Great location, 10 minutes far away from Haad rin restaurants and shops. The room was fantastic with designer furniture and the bathroom was well equipped as well. Quiet beach, lovely pool, nice gym. location athmosphere pool staff. the pool and general atmosphere. Everything. It was perfect!. Room Food Friendly staff. Nothing. It was the safest place to stay as a solo traveller. Tip would be to pay a little more for pool view room - worth it!. Minor issues with the room. Modern but basic. Rooms require a full length mirror. Also would be nice to have an ipod dock for this level of hotel and an iron and ironing board in the room. Eating outside can be a little annoying as you are constantly fighting off flies around your food so maybe some kind of fly killing system or the option to eat inside would be nice. Its a bit of a struggle to think of anything to complain about! The only negatives were minor things... there wasn't anywhere in the room to hang bathers or pool towels to dry. The water pressure wasn't fantastic but the managers assured us this was being fixed as soon as the hotel was quiet er. The only gripe we would have is that we went at full moon and obviously the prices were inflated - whilst we loved being at this resort and would go back we would recommend staying there when it is not full moon to get the best deals!. The beach is not great. Rocky patch of sand and the water is shallow with a rocky bottom. The restaurant prices are expensive, but you get quality food. We only opted for the restaurant when they had a 20% off the menu during full moon days. Not a big deal since town is a short distance away and you can get decent food there. I recommend asking around for poos kitchen in town - run by a local lady, she makes anything for 50 baht and its great local thai. Supa fresh. Would like to have spa options available on site. The beach is nice - although swimming is not great due to low tide. At the front desk there is a schedule for shuttle service to/from Haad Rin. We used the service to go to the beach - the driver dropped us off in the middle of town and informed us that they did not pick up. We were on our own for the return trip to the hotel. Not a big deal- just different information than what the hotel provided. Enjoyed the hotel - not the location. Sometimes it took over 40 minutes to get a drink at the poolside bar... the staff would only be attentive to those sitting in the pool versus the other side. Shower pressure was very weak. Not enough sun loungers. Rooms are modern and functional but may result a bit "cold" due to missing elements such as a bedside lamp. The aircon oriented on the bed is not good for the comfort at night. Often the food would be cold for breakfast and not well protected from fly's or ants etc. Charge 1500 baht for bringing a guest back to the hotel. Most expensive rate ive seen, especially when most dont charge at all. It was a little expensive. And i wish it were a little nearer to the Haad Rin beach where the full moon party's at. Nothing!!!!. The flys!. There are very few sunbeds around the pool area, so unless you are up at 7am everyday you will have no where to sunbath :(. No ambience, as very new. Breakfast unimpressive for hotel price. - A bit far from the full moon beach - Single beds are not wide enough. A bit of a walk from anything and also could do with a kids menu. Pool isn't heated so gets a bit too cold in the evening to sit at the bar from the pool side. Location was fine for us but some may not like the distance to Full Moon Party beach where most of nightlife resides. Only 15 min walk and that suited us fine as we dont like hustle and bustle. Breafast was good but prob not to the standard of rest of hotel....peefectly good but not as much choice as other hotels we been at recently. Poor food at the resturant, about 15 min walk to the FM party. that i had to stay too short. Expensive prices in the bar. They allow smokers to puff their stench inside the breakfast lounge. (And of course the filthy smoke gets to you at the pool as well.) Not sure how different it is in other venues on Phangan, but I would rather stay in a rundown old motel if it had protection from the stenchful cancerous filth that ruins one's breakfast and pool time. This definitely overshadows all the wonderful qualities of this otherwise-very-nice venue. beach wind lack of selection of desserts on menu. the beach was not very nice.
