The location is the best feature with this guesthouse. Right next to Saturday Street Market and main temples and it also boasts plenty of eating and breakfast opportunities nearby. Rooms are adequate, although 'boutique' is perhaps too much to call it as there are a few really nice boutique hotels nearby (much more pricier too) to compare. Basic, clean rooms with air conditioning with a view to mountains.
όλα τα σχόλια » Very helpful and Nice staff. Always ready to help in anything. We arrived at chiang mai at 6 a.m and the check in should be only at 12 a.m but they give us a room to sleep. The breakfast was very good and we could choose what to eat, they have 4 options. The locatin is fine, just in the centre. They offer 2 new bottle of water everyday. Very very friendly and helpful staff, great place to book tours and to rent bikes, super good internet connection. Definetely a place I'll book again. 1. Perfect location 2. Comprehensive travelling information 3. Convenient booking for suburban travels and Thai massage 4. Preferable room rate. Staff was great Hotel is very clean, proposes very good value for the money they ask. the room is good and staff are helpful since they speak chinese. the staff in the hotel are very helpful. Good location,easy to find. The boss there is a nice lady with great help to Chinese people Coz she can speak fluent Chinese and so does her son. In her gh, it's very convenient to book various tours. We two people stayed there for 4 nights in a fan room. It's a really nice experince and I probably will choose here when I go to Chiang Mai next time. Very central. Good breakfast. Very good position. Very close to town. Location is ok!. Nothing to add. Value for money and if you are looking for 5 star service then you are welcome to spend a bit more for accommodation steered towards that kind of market. The room could be more clean. Nothing to say here. 1. No supply of toilet paper 2. If there are water heater and hair dryer would be fantastic!. The breakfast choice is somewhat restricted, and the supplies are not re-filled when the guest finish them, you have actually to ask for more jam or bread. Floor on the room was very dirty... not properly cleaned for years...Looks like a disco at 6am... The staff doesn't speak english or ver poor. unfortunately they were restructuring during our staying so making a lot of dusty and noise. A bit run down....but clean. I have been overcharged for tuktuk travelling from the hotel to the airport.Only 10-minute drive, they charged me 250 thb.
