The staff were polite and helpful. Ultimately for the money you are paying you are getting a very good service. This is a place to get your head down in a clean environment. Location is great near city centre.

Very hard to find, took us almost 3 hours. No taxi drivers even knew the address. Luckily we found free wifi to look at maps more specifically and we were able to eventually find it. Wish the staff were a little more available to talk with.
