The bed was the hardest yet on my 3 month trip in S.E.Asia, but we solved it by putting a the mattress from an extra-bed on top. It was very comfortable. Unlike many other hotels/hostels in the same area, there was air and space - in the outdoor restaurant, the garden and the courtyard for parking. There was a washing machine! Very good. Close to the nightlife area, but peace and quiet where the hotel was. Restaurants and conveniance stores nearby.

Love the location of this hotel as it is a 5-10 minute walk from the khaosan road so you have can have all the craziness but with somewhere you can go back and have some peace and calm. Theres a great cafe a 3 minute walk from here called Chomp that has amazing food and homemade bread and amazing service. Staff is friendly and efficient. Place well located and still outside the hustle and bustle of Sam sen road , Khao San, etc. Comfy bed, film channel inner garden all adds value to this well priced hotel. Tip: on your way to Khao San, just before you cross the canal, pay a visit to the blues café, wonderful live music. 24 front desk. "Real" shower in bathroom with curtain (not over the toilet). Very friendly and helpful staff. Good security, with front gate, security cameras, and proper locks on room doors. Twin room was large and AC was very cold. About 15 minutes walk from popular Khao San Road. Price was a great value. It was clean and quite comfortable. This hotel is 10 minutes walk from Khao San and it is much better than hostels near Khao San, where is very noisy. Of course unless you are into party till 4 am. You can leave your luggage after checkout for free. We had a room with AC. 300 BHT deposit for a key. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Baggage storage is clean and very reliable and safe. The location is nice to get away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to everything. The courtyards and garden area is very nice. friendly helpful staff.clean neatly furnished room.comfy big bed.flat screen tv.relaxing garden area with fish pond.decent resturant for snacks,drinks,etc. quite and peaceful area.close to river and night life.oh, and great air con. This hotel is located a 10 minute walk away from Kohsan Road and there are good local restaurants in close vacinity. I'd stay here again. It was fairly easy to find, the rooms were clean, we had fresh towels every day and a hot shower! This place wasn't very sociable so if you want to meet people it isn't great. 100% peaceful place. Especially if you get the room on the first floor and there will be small beautiful garden in front of you. Air con was TOO powerful. It seemed to be stuck at the highest setting so it was freezing! We had to turn it off when sleeping as were too cold but then we were too hot!. sometimes airconditioner remote controller didn't work properly and water pressure was not so strong. but I would stay here if I visit thai again. Hard to find for the taxidriver. It was not a problem for us, but the hotel doesn't have the elevator. A small fridge would have been nice. We had problems with ordering a taxi, because staff was not really intrested in helping us. View on a garbage street Room was very dark Breakfast not included. could be cheaper. The decoration but the garden is nice. bus transport to airport. I think for the price they should include breakfast. We ran out of water once during our stay there, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff fixes it though. The walk to main road (Samsen) was a tad too long. Not what you see on the photos. Rooms are clean but I don't think the sheets are clean enough. Facility is very simple. Can not check in before 13:00. Too far from khaosan road. Not easy to find.
