City trip, Comfort, Architecture. The English speaking staff was friendly. position. architectur, bed. unfriendly and inflexible Staff. I had a confirmed booking for a Deluxe wooden house, but on arrival none were left. I was "upgraded" to a "suite", but it was in fact a downgrade. Extremely dirty and noisy facing the street. Did not even feel safe there. Almost 0 water pressure in the sink. Had to use the shower to wash my hands. Not happy.
