A 10-minute drive from Koh Tao Pier, it provides wooden and bamboo bungalows with a hammock. Constructed from natural materials, all bungalows come with a fan and a spacious patio. The open-air bathroom features an outdoor shower and toilet. Moondance Magic View Bungalow is a 20-minute drive from Mea Haad Beach (View Point). By boat, it is a 1-hour, 30-minute journey from Lom Phaya Pier, Koh Samui. View Point Restaurant overlooks the scenic Gulf of Thailand. It specialises in Thai seafood dishes and international cuisine. Romantic candlelight dinners can be arranged. Guests can take part in diving lessons or arrange island boat trips at the tour desk.

Nice place to go for snorkling with children older than 7 years. Resort has its own way to the sea, which is very good for snorkling if the weather allows (low wind, small waves). This way goes through the rocks and is tricky, but it is a very nice adventure for healthy people, including children (our daughter is 8 years and it was real fun for her). There is nice small beach at Ao Leuk approx. 1 km from the hotel (if one goes by rocks along the seashore), also it is possible to reach it by the.

From the amazing bamboo bungalows you look down the glittering bay listening to friendly exotic jungle melodies, warm nice breeze, smell of blossoms, you wake up and can see the sunrise, or enjoy yourself in the relaxing bamboo hammock take an outdoor shower under the stars - perfect for honeymooners, Nature lovers, excellent snorkeling. On top of that you have a friendly young staff great food from Tom Yum, Kaeh Lang, Basil Chili, grilled fish.To round up you. The greatest hideaway I have ever been to in my entire life. Period. Please do not change anything. Do not let anyone persuade you to upgrade those bamboo huts to offer more luxury. There are enough resorts where those who want to be pampered can go. Just keep everything as beautiful and laid-back as it is now. I hope to be able to return soon. Thanks for your hospitality!. This is a really special place. The location is spectacular and the place is an adventure. Even going down to the sea is a fun expedition down a cliff with whimsical stais, ladders and areas of decking. The snorkelling was great.. Never seen so many fish andsuchdiversity. Special thanks to tony, who made it his personal mission to make sure I was comfortable at all times. All in this hotel is excellent, except the way to go in, private bungalows built with natural materials. On the rocks near the see, where you can enjoy an amaizing snorkelling and watching a lot of fish, coral and several see animals. Staff is very friendly and try to help in everything. We really enjoyed our stay there!. It's really romantic place in very nice nature. But be careful, it mostly for people who like scout summer camps. People, who like five stars hotel, will feel a little uncomfortable here. The others enjoy close touch of sea and tropical island. And the food is amazing!!!. Beautiful bungalows. Very simple, but just what you need to relax and enjoy the view! Breakfast is included, which is a nice plus. Though it isn't close to town (though not more than a 15 minute taxi ride), the location is stunning. Wish I could have stayed longer!. moondance was a very picturesque,friendly,sociable,relaxing,place.with friendly staff, great food, and tony the waiter/barman/tour organizer was so helpful,friendly he helped to make our stay more enjoyable. On the rocks near the see, excellent place for free snorkeling. Place for relaxing and keeping it quiet. Private bungalows and everything in them are made from bamboo. The views, the staff were amazing, free snorkelling, good food, and it was so quiet and different from Sairee Beach. Lovely ambiance, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Picturesque location...excellent for snorkelling. All was perfect, staff very friendly, helpfull, no problem, surely will coming back next time. Great position on rock cliff above the sea. Awesome place!. Lonely Beach with tons of fishes. You have to be ready that you'll have no shopping etc, since the it is difficult to access the town. No fresh friut or juice (juice is from packs or cans). However fresh coconuts and fresh-made juice can be found at Ao Leuk. If the wind is high and waves are big, snorkling can be difficult. My rating for "comfort" is not meant as negative in any way. There is not much comfort in the real sense of the term, but that is just fine - and should be clear to anyone who reads the description and looks at the pictures. This place would not be suitable for people with mobility issues. It is certainly not luxurious. The way to get there is absolutely awful, a lot of hills and the pavement is very bad or inexistent. We rented motorbike to get there and it was impossible to arrive both on the motorbike. Even though it worth when you arrive there. There is a taxi service (4x4) 100baths per person per way offered by the hotel. Better do that. Difficult to reach bungalows. Experienced drivers can reach with powerful motorbikes, not less than 125 cc. For less experienced drivers we suggest to take taxi, but is rather expensive, cost 100 baht per person 1 way. The walk down to the beach was tough and a bit dangerous, we didn't know that the hotel was only reachable by 4x4 making taxis expensive. Too difficult to reach, far from everything else, road in bad conditions. The way to the hotel is really hard, take a Quad and take care of your brakes, you might need them. Snorkling Set for rent was not very useful.
