Location, great helpful and friendly staff. Put us up even though reservation through letsbookhotel.com had failed to pick up on the fact that they didn't have any free rooms for the duration! Spacious rooms. Pool area was good. Ok breakfast buffet and tasty, simple and cheap restaurant albeit somewhat lacking decor-wise! Good value for money -

2) The calm and quiet atmosphere of the hotel
3) Nice pool with lots of privacy provided by the trees and plants surrounding it

I stayed in this hotel also about 25 years ago - at that time it stood alone at ao nang beach and it was Paradise. -
Very happy with everything , nice cute comfortable rooms. Good location. Very helpful n polite staff. And I like the breakfast too

The staff was extremely helpful with every need.
I am disabled and travel with a medium sized Service Dog. This is unusual in Thailand, but they were wonderful.
When I lost my camera. They found it and brought it to me, even though there was no longer room available for me at their hotel.

Our flights were rescheduled with airasia which meant we needed to stay somewhere neer Krabi airport for one night and we chose this hotel away from the Main Street but knew there was a free shuttle bus every hour (takes 5-10 mins) which allowed us to stay in tranquility with cliff views and head to the main area where we could get the 15 min boat

Very nice location, comfortable bungalow, although mine was not one of
the best.Relaxing jungle,surrounded by the green cliff,far from the
noisy Ao Nang. They provide a shuttle wich takes 4 minutes to get to the
beach. Very nice pool area,cheap restaurant, nice breakfast. Staff
provide anything you my need.I Made a mistake with my reservation and
Bee helped me to solve that! Good wifi connection in the restaurant area
(not in the pool, not in the rooms). I checked out late in the afternoon

Very nice hotel, good location, near to restaurant, pharmacy, tour agency and market. If u want to go krabi town area, There is a bus stop opposite the hotel. -
It's in a perfect location near by the sea and market with quite environment. The staff very nice to tourist's and it's price is reasonable for staying.

Spectacular setting in a lush tropical garden, air filled with butterflies and sounds of nature, and the view: towering limestone cliffs that Thailand's landscapes are famous for. Advertised as 3 star and that's what you get. Initial approach
isn't inspiring or exciting, but they rooms are clean, big enough
and functional. The staff are friendly and efficient. This hotel is not
pretending to be something it isn'T. Location is ok but on the edge
of town. The beach is a good 20 minute walk away, but the bars and
restaurants only 5 minutes. The 15 minutes in between are a bewildering
mix of places to eat and drink, stalls selling all sorts and some
wonderful road side bbq's

The room was clean and the room size was good with all necessary
amenities and with a nice view from the very small balcony to the near
mountain and sea. Laundry, renting a bike shop and the shopping area are
just a view meters away. Parking the bike in the garage is free.
Swimming pool was clean and perfect even for kids. Towels for the pool

Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities(bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer). Close to the beach(3 min walk) and main street of Ao Nang. Friendly staff. Cozy balconies with beautiful view of mountains and sea(other side to the pool).Good value for money.

I like the location of the hostel, it's only 10 minutes walk to ao nang beach and there are MCD, 7-11 just right opposite the hostel. -

What can we say that hasn't been said in previous reviews. One thing
we do not usually expect from a holiday resort is intimacy and personal

The fact that we could relax was, to us, a major issue. The pool was well maintained as were the gardens and surrounds. Our host Ming, was excellent in everything she did, her omelettes for breakfast were very enjoyable. The resort, tho small, was for us big enough and just far enough out of town so that we would not be affected by noise but close enough for a short lift into town by their free transport. Staff: Awesome peeps! even though there's language barrier, they tried their best to communicate with us :)
Facilities: Very limited wifi; we stayed at the 3rd and top floor so we couldnt get wifi unless we sit at the common area. others are adequate for a budget hotel
Clean: When we first went it, the room, esp the toilet was *infested* with ants

I like the atmosphere of the Resort. - Nette Anlage mit netten, kleinen Bungalows. Gute Infrastruktur.

We liked the waterside location with balcony views of water. The rooms with elegant and nicely scented (lovely touches of towel sculptures - elephants and birds). The beds were firm and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. We had a near drama with laundry due to be returned after we'd left, but reception followed up on this, and we got it in time

Really loved this place. Chatchada (the owner) and Andy (the manager) are fantastic. It was like staying with family. Chatchada was always happy and smiling and was so helpful with any requests that we had. Andy was a great friendly Aussie, who was always laughing and joking.
