Ordered dessert wrongly but staff at Black Ginger instantly changed without issues, and we were not charged for our first round of incorrect orders...way to go to ensure we will be back. What a beautiful resort! The pool is great, book a pool access room and you will be able to jump in the pool from your room. Gorgeous grounds and lovely pool, the tide was out at the beach so would have been a far walk to get to the water. Everything in this hotel is very pleasant. We lived in the suite which has pool access. We had the best day in the vacation, to take the cooking class in Terrace restaurant. Thai chef Ms. Wenne is very professional at both cooking and teaching, while the main chef is also a nice person. They will be the reason for us to come back again.

This resort is best for couples and honeymooners. The villas has large private pool with a big bath tub. It has a fine specious room nicely arranged with all amenities and very comfortable bed. everything- the kindness of staff, the comfortable beds, pillows, blankets, linen. the open air bathrooms are great. private pool- must be with kids! wifi works also very well, which is very important with kids chatting with friends. all together highly recommended if you want to relax and enjoy peace!

Staff were really attentive, friendly & helpful. The hotel is on the side of a mountain which allows for great views but the property is quite steep, you may want to keep this in mind if youre unfit, elderly or have children. They do have little free hotel tuk tuks to get you around the property or drop you down at Nai Thon beach. We stayed

nice), Hugo, the guy that took us to our room and explain us everything,
the happy hour, the infinite swimming pools, the amazing breakfast, the
sofa outside the room on the balcony, the restaurants...excellent
service with excelent staff. Congratulations Pullman Arkadia. We stayed
on Phi Phi Islands, Krabi, Bangkok and we definitely vote on Pullman
Arcadia as the best hotel for this travel.

I liked very much our pool villa, which was just couple of steps from
the beach. Nice detail that minibar was refilled everyday and it was
without extra charge. The beach is fantastic, though it was storming
during our stay, but they keep it clean evry day, even when it rains.
There is a very relaxing atmosphere in the hotel, because the resort is

The rooms are great, the food thiugh pricy is very tasty. There is free wifi all over the hotel, and the beach is a dream! Also, there is some amazing fruit for free in the afternoon. our room was upgraded to one bedroom loft, it is really amazing, we really really like it.

We love the place. It's very quiet and beautiful! Everything is perfect! They gave me a room with one king size bed and one queen size bed which is wonderful so that my kid can enjoy his own bed. There are quite a lot of options for the food. Not cheap, but reasonable price. My kid love the elephant "Lucky", very impressive. Next time we will definitely pick up this hotel.

All of my pre-arrival questions and request were quickly and consideratly answered. The entire staff was extremely obliging to address any of our needs whenever we had a inquiry. The kindness and sincerity of the entire staff made our stay there very relaxing and rewarding. I will plan to stay again at the hotel on my next visit to Phuket. -

- Rooms are huge! They converted a huge day-bed into a double bed for my 2 kids. Perfect for a family of 4 staying in the room!
- The SLIDE at the pool is awesome! Kids love it to bits. We probably took 2000 slides in our 5 days there!
- Candy the young elephant at the resort. Visiting us daily at the poolside is cool!

A fantastic hotel - luxurious and laid back at the same time - in beautiful setting on a long sweeping beech with warm ocean swims. Whilst we were there we checked out the other hotels in the Luguna area and we felt this was by far the best one. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble.
