it was near to the city,and the trms were right outside the door,and the supermarket accross the road - Highly profesisonal, friendly and helpful staff, location, level of services, room and price of the hotel.

I absolutely love how this hotels is run. There is no front desk, simply a key box where you enter a code from the booking to get in. The only problem is that this isn't made extremely clear by anyone before hand; we found out from a couple fellow guests or it might of take us longer to get in. -
For Zürich, very cheap, close to communications
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and very quiet. The ladies working in the restaurant are very friendly and up for a chat. Since they are directly connected to the hotel, they are the ones to ask questions since the hotel has no reception. Easy check-in and -out procedure.

Liked the elegant restaurant area and the reception. Soft classical music, comfortable chairs and free tea and coffee on request. Also found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Booked a single room, got a huge double one. Checked in earlier than I expected.
Excellent breakfast.
The location, while not excellent, is very good - the bus/tram station is right in front of the hotel, with a tram ride to the center taking 7 minutes. I had no trouble getting there even late in the evening.

Excellent service. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean. Breakfast buffet superb. Location may appear to be remote and in an industrial area, but during our stay we did not notice that, using the exceptional public transport links to travel into central Zurich was very easy. The frequent bus 781 from stop Riedbach outside the hotel takes about 6 minutes to Oerlikon Bahbhof. Which is then just 6 minutes to Zurich HB by the many, even more frequent trains. Every bed in 4-bed shared room had a charging point with reading light. Breakfast buffee was good: cereals, müsli, fruit salad, yoghurt, milk, orange juice, different breads, ham, cervelat, three different kinds of cheese, butter, jam, honey, chocolate spread, tea, coffee and cacao powder :)

Excellent facilities, good clean rooms, friendly staff who spoke English (sadly I do not speak german) and a good location for getting into the centre of Zurich and the Bahnhof (tram outside the door - tickets available from reception). Have stayed there at least twice before and can thoroughly recommend this Hotel as a base for exploring not only

Everything! I travel quite often and this is a gem! Room was small, but very clean, well organized, super comfy bed/pillows, nice bathroom with shower - and sparkling clean, and small balcony (would be nice in the summer). Very clean and comfortable, close to the town centre and the staff were
always friendly and helpful. My room was bigger than expected and I was
the only person using the shared bathroom on my floor. I liked that a
generous breakfast was included in the (already very reasonable) price
and that there was a computer with internet access on the ground floor
for guest use. There was even a printer with it, making me think the

Very pleasant family hotel. Convinient location (15 min to Zurich HB, 10 min to the old city) , friendly staff.Good breakfast with a large variety of cheeses, bacon, flakes with milk and yogurt, croissant.
There was no queue in the bathroom. We even did not meet anybody on the floor.
There were always soap and shampoo in the room. -
