Very friendly and helpful staff, and an absolutely fantastic location right next to the main Zurich train station. Will definitely book again and will recommend to others.

Hairdryer, ironing board, small fridge, kettle but no cups which is a bit odd. Great place to stay. From outside train station main entrance take 31 bus, getting off at backeranlage stop. Walk back 100 yds to junction and go right. Keep walking until come to Anwandstrasse, go left on Anwandstrasse and walk to near bottom of street - hotel Chreiser. Sounds more complicated than it is! Also bus/ tram 8 is good option. Stop : Helvetiaplatz
