Very good location - short tram ride away from Zurich. The rooms were
set up very well, very efficient - everything one would need. Nearby
restaurants excellent. Staff very accommodating.
The apartment was new & well equipped with modern stylish appliances
and fixtures. Wifi was excellent. Sarah was terrific in sorting our
problems. [See dislikes].
I liked the appartment. It was very clean quiet and the kitchen is well furnished. Tram 3 takes you into town under 10 minutes. όλα τα σχόλια »
Everything. Very well done, with attention to details and quality of the interior furniture.

Getting in and out from Zurich, cooking facilities and auto curtains. Near good Restuarants.
Difficulty in checking in, I.E. no one there. No directions on use of,
or coffee for, espresso machine. Coffee is sold only in one location in
Zurich - a package of the 'capsules' would have been welcome!.
Difficulty in getting access - no idea how to get in, phone battery
dying, raining. Luckily Sarah came to our rescue quickly, got us in,
explained the shutters so we could see out, sorted all the missing info.
Church bells nearby are very loud with the window open & there is no
air con or fans. Dirty towels from previous tenant hidden in wardrobe.
Cleaning personal were shouting on the stairs to communicate. There are only 5 parking places.
No negative points.
- Parking too expensive (price not mentioned on letsbookhotel.com, it was CHF 25.-, that is a price for the city center!)
- Check out too early, 10am.
Summer season, it was very hot. I think livingtown should prepare the
airconditional system.
matress could use an upgrade.
as the size of the door was not completely to the floor, all the smell of cigarets and cooking wet to the apartment and it was really enoying.
No reception.
Hotel sign is too small.
Elevator is tiny
Difficult to find.
Limited car parks.
They charged my credit card 80 CHF per day for an extra bed without discussing the price with me.
No house keeping unless if I'm staying more than 7 days.
Room and toilet sizes are small.
Coffee machine without capsules and near shops don't have the same brand.
