  The indoor pool, heated jacuzzis and the steam and sauna rooms were really great! Could have spent a whole day there. Also, the complimentary afternoon tea-time snacks were so similar to St. Regis hotel in Singapore - free flow of juices and tasty exotic-looking cake. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.

They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed).
