It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents. Excellent buffet breakfast - really very good for this category of hotel. The pine bar area and restaurant are simply and attractively styled. The food was good value by Swiss standards. -

The staff in the Arcare building were very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning and maintenance were punctual and efficient.
Front desk staff were very helpful.
Restaurant was good and waiting staff friendly and attentive.
Hotel bar was good for meeting and chatting with other guests with a very nice and friendly barman in charge.

A 5 minute walk to rent skis/sports shop, and another 5 minutes to the Sunneggabahn funicul -
1 min walking distance from train station. Spacious room with a couzy sofa and an armchair, huge balcony for a five o'clock tea; nicely designed bathroom with a window. Slippers/bath gown. Swmming pool, sauna, solarium - all very nice.

The hotel is not very modern furnished in general, but have modern bathrooms and a large and delicious SPA area. All parts of the hotel seems well maintained and everything is clean. Good breakfast with a broad selection of cold cuts, cereals, eggs, bacon and sausages.

Modern, comfortable and cozy hotel with Matterhorn views. A short walk from the center, fine for us as we preferred the quieter location. Make sure to book the complimentary transfer from the train station, the walk is a little uphill and can be slippery and difficult with luggage. The indoor pool, heated jacuzzis and the steam and sauna rooms were

I highly recommend this place. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the view from the hotel is splendid. The rooms are very nice. Nice view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is also really, really nice. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.

Great view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Picked us up and returned us to the train station. Great breakfast, and welcome drink around the fireplace. Free internet hot spot. - The views,the owners were very friendly and helpful,clean,well organised and a delight to experience.

The hotel is really nice. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness, the hotel staff, the location, the breakfast, etc. I strongly recommend this hotel and I'd stay there again. - Very friendly staff, I could feel as being in classy hotel but stil with a family touch! It was my wife's birthday and the staff made every effort to make it perfect.

Very good hotel we couldnt believe it is just a 3 star. Our stay here was very good, rooms very nice, clean and modern, breakfast was good, we would definatly come back to this hotel. It is very nicely based not on the main village street just down from the church! - Everything. Perfect view of Matterhorn from balcony - free internet, safe, wall
