Our room was bright and very comfortable. Nice to have a separate living area which is unusual to find in most hotel rooms. Spa and pool area also very pleasant. Good choice of food at breakfast each morning. Wifi fabulous, fastest we have experienced anywhere! -

The staff was amazing. They promptly picked us up at the train station upon our arrival. We stayed there for seven days and where continually impressed! Modern, comfortable and cozy hotel with Matterhorn views. A short walk from the center, fine for us as we preferred the quieter location. Make sure to book the complimentary transfer from the train station, the walk is a little uphill and can be slippery and difficult with luggage. The warm afternoon drinks on the patio was a perfect welcome. Saunas and hot tub were very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Good breakfast. The indoor pool, heated jacuzzis and the steam and sauna rooms were
really great! Could have spent a whole day there. Also, the
complimentary afternoon tea-time snacks were so similar to St. Regis
hotel in Singapore - free flow of juices and tasty exotic-looking cake.

The hotel itself was modern but has also retained an old world charm that help create a comfortable feeling while enjoying the public spaces.
The panorama from the rooms was also outstanding - I enjoyed every minute looking out from the balcony

Great view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Picked us up and returned us to the train station. Great breakfast, and welcome drink around the fireplace. Free internet hot spot. - The views,the owners were very friendly and helpful,clean,well organised and a delight to experience.

Это не первый наш визит в Церматт - но в этот раз мы остановились в сумасшедше хорошем, если не лучшем, отеле! Все хорошее, что я прочел в отзывах, полностью подтвердилось: и чудное месторасположение, и прекрасный, необычный модерновый дизайн, и предупредительный персонал, уборка номеров два раза в день - просто идеальная чистота и т.д.

The welcoming was absolutely grateful!
They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed).
The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style.
Staff were so professional and showed support all time.
Can’t find better location, inner city but so quiet and comfortable, close to the train stati

We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast. Location is great!

We had the highest floor, which was a suite with two rooms. Loved it. Absolutely beautiful. We could see the Matterhorn from our bed. -

The view at the terrace and bed of suit room is outstanding. We can see Matterhorn always during stay. Amazing Matterhorn view is worth to pay more. The Staff Members are all kind and Food is very good. Spa and Sauna quality is high. Also we can meet Primin Zubriggen, Ski hero of Switzerland and Owner of this hotel. It's honor. -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » hotel with great service. Appartment (2 connecting rooms + living room) was great for us 4. Great view of the Matterhorn and excellent location if you ski (50m from the main lifts). Need to walk 10-15 min to Zermatt village.
Nice small indoor pool & outdoor jacuzzi.
