  The staff ,at all levels from management to dining room and porter, were attentive, helpful and polite. They gave absolutely brilliant service throughout my stay. they would go out of their way to make your stay feel welcome and comfortable .I especially appreciated the staff namely , Ahmed & Kristine. They were so great , gave me good adv... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ice on where to go and how to get there. I would recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone who likes to be treated special. Totally recommended - Wonderful views when weather cleared. Very good continental breakfast. We were allowed to change to a corner room on request (for an extra 10 swiss francs per night) which was the room advertised on the website. Also Cola the house cat's use of the elevator was amusing.
