The Hotel is managed by family. Very warm welcome from the staff on train station which is free pick up by hotel. On arrival we have been received by owner of the hotel with very warm welcome. Offered water and tea immediately. The room is big and they offered us lake view. Free tea, coffee, cakes and water is available all the time. Breakfast was

Very courteous and friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk
updated my room to a lake view without me asking free of charge. Nice
cozy decoration. The game room/tea room is very nice. You can listen
to a variety of music while enjoying a warm cup of tea. Breakfast was
amazing with great fresh fruit salad. Overall, had an amazing
experience. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautifully appointed spacious rooms. Super comfortable beds. Great location near tram so perfect for skiers. (Can ski in from lift). Lovely decorated hotel and exceptional customer service. Fast internet and extensive, delicious free breakfast. Also 4 course groumet dinner offered in dining room for very reasonable price. Very friendly staff.

excellent coopertaion from the staff in particular mr stephen ost at the reception, wonderful human being and nice person who did everythg to ,ake our 1 daqy stay comfortable. - The hotel was very clean and I believe that it had recently been renovated. το εστιατοριο πολυ καλο το πρωινο επισης. το δωματιο τεραστιο με θεα στιςαλπεις. - The hotel staff were very friendly. It was a shame that we had to stay for just one night. The room was very good. The room/apartment was large enough for a family of 5. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was lovely with big windows and a bit of a view. Breakfast spread (which consisted of cold cuts, cheese, bread, cereals, yoghurt, beverages & juice & fruit) was decent. Coop (a supermarket) was a less than 5-minute walk away. We truly enjo

Very nice hotel, a short walk from town at the other end of the lake.
The hotel has a modern feel with a comfortable sitting area near the
reception area. A modern lift transported us to our spacious room. The
bathroom is clean and the shower is very modern. The bed and pillows are
exceptionally comfortable. Wide screen T.v with 3 English channels. The
subdued lighting in the room made reading a challenge.

The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is very close to the ski slopes via quick shuttle or 5-10 minute walk, but with a bit of fairly easy off piste skiing you can ski directly down to the hotel. The spa facilities were also very nice after a long day on the slopes. -

We just feel so much at home in this hotel. Staff very friendly and attentive, good size comfortable room, large shower room, great restaurant, large and secure ski room, convenient location close to St. Moritz Bad, bus to village centre and ski lift stopping right outside the door every 10 minutes. -

Very special very nice stuff - superb view from the 5th floor rooms i recommand the hotel from bottom of my hart - 5 levels better than 5 star marriot hotel in milano - The view - it doesn't get much better than this. The staff went out of their way to help us even before our arrival.

We loved staying at Aladin. While it was not in the main town, we purchased a pass from the hotel which gave us access to the bus and ski lifts. This was the most convenient and cost effective way to get around and ski. Aladin was quiet with great facilities, excellent views, very clean and deserving of more than three stars. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was there for the ski marathon
and the hotel ran people and their skis to the bahnhof to catch the bus
to the race. They also started breakfast early on race day. The food in
the restaurant and Stuebli was excellent. Although not on the menu, we
