2nd time that we've stayed at the Golf Hotel Rene Capt and again everything was excellent, from the breakfast, hotel room and front desk service, absolutely fantastic!! - Staff were lovely, hotel was in a beautiful location, we had the experience of two different rooms and they were both superb.

The location was great with having the train across the street for access for day trips. You can also get a pass from the hotel for free train rides to Montreux and Lausanne.

This is a very nice, very modern hotel in a great location. The front
desk staff was very helpful and courteous. They gave us free tickets to
ride the train to Montreux and half off cards for Chillon Castle! The
windows/door are very sound proof so even though it's close to
the road and train station, noise is not a problem at all when
everything is closed. The terrasse is a lovely view to have a drink
and/or snack.

The hotel was right on the lakefront/harbor with a great view from the lakeview room. The underground parking was great for a car trip stop and access to the hotel/lobby was easy and well laid out. The dining area was modern and well organized and the food at dinner and breakfast was excellent.

Stayed in this hotel for the second in the Business room. Again was 100% with the room, especially with bed and pillows. Love design of the room. My mother stayed of the standard room and it was also very nice. Location of the hotel, imho, is better than in the city center - you are close to the lake and can enjoy it. Getting to every part of the city is sipmle - 2 min walk to Metro station. And a small supermarket nearby.

This Hotel is a lovely old hotel in a beautiful setting on the Avenue of Flowers. As i was quite ill, I needed a doctor and one was provided for me in very short time. I was very impressed with the attention I received, and although I mostly saw only the inside of the room, and the dining room, due to my illness, I loved my stay at the Grand Hotel

Pleasant, friendly atmosphere. Staff flexible and helpful even though we arrived a bit late for dinner.
Comfortable room with nice view. -

Front desk staff very helpfull and courteous. Excellent breakfast. Close to the rail station. Well run operation. I book at the Continental each time I visit Lausanne. - Excellent location, facing main railway station and close to all amenitiens and city centre 5 mins walking distance. This hotel is well located . Near to the Central rail Station. Well preserved , nice staff and a good buffet- breakfast. Room was very confortable according with its fare. -

They were full so upgraded us to Beau Rivage, and put us up in a suite.Had a magnificent stay. We were also able to take a tour of the Angleterre which had lovely rooms as well. - Very clean and spacious room, great location right nex to the lake.

position, friendly atmosphere - I liked the breakfasts, the dining room very inviting and staff friendly - the views were stunning from the breakfast room. I thought the staff on the whole were very friendly.
