A courtesy car was waiting for us at the train station. The staff
greeted us with a glass of wine of our choice as we arrived. Our room
was amazing with a great balcony. Breakfast was the best we had in all
the hotels we were in on our Swiss trip. Staff is extremely friendly and
helpful with transportation and restaurants. A 10 + overall -

Studio simply furnished but comfortable and clean. Food always available (restaurant or snack bar). Easy to reach pools and spa via internal galleries. Robes and slippers provided. -

Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! -

We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed this aspect. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. I was lucky, upgraded to the suite. Very comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom and a view of the Matterhorn. The hotel was comfortable and beautifully decorated like a game lodge. The meals were great. Free pick up from the train station, and return. -

new, spacious appartments with excellent mountain view

We stayed at the hotel in order to visit Zermatt. This is the last place where you can get your car. Parking is free, which is an important issue in the calculation of vacation. Stayed for 2 nights and used as a base to explore Zermatt and the matterhorn glacier trail, glacier paradise and gornergrat. It is a short walk between hotel and the regular zermatt shuttle train. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Very good breakfast. Nice room. Good facilities. Really enjoyed out short stay here. Even let us keep our car on the premises for the full day of check out at no cost.

Very comfortable beds, clean room, ample sized bathroom. We had a smaller room near the stairs which was convenient but I heard everything. Second time we stayed in the hotel and will come again. First time just as a couple and now with friends, we all enjoyed our weekend in the hotel. Enjoyed the English TV channels, WiFi worked perfectly. -
Everything was good, but especially the friendliness of the staff who were available at all times during the stay.
